Abstract:
PURPOSE: A mixture suspension for anti-obesity is provided to promote bioavailability of a natural product extract by cubic nanoparticles contained in the mixture suspension, thereby improving an anti-obesity effect of the natural product extract. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a mixture suspension for anti-obesity comprises the steps of: adding an aqueous phase to a monoolein melt solution and preparing a monoolein cubic phase; adding the monoolein cubic phase to an aqueous phase in which a dispersion is dissolved and homogenizing to prepare a cubic nanoparticle suspension; mixing the dispersion-dissolved solution and one or more natural product extracts selected among a Coptidis rhizome extract, an apple extract, and an Artemisia princeps extract and homogenizing to prepare a natural product extract suspension; and mixing the cubic nanoparticle suspension and the natural product extract suspension.

PURPOSE: A microcapsule comprising a core at the center and a wall surrounding the core is provided to selectively release physiological ingredients to the outside. CONSTITUTION: A microcapsule contains: a polymer of isopropylacryl amide-methacrylic acid and a material to be captured as a core; and a non-sensitive polymer as a wall material surrounding the core. The non-sensitive polymer is ethylcellulose, poly upsilon-caprolactone, poly(lactic acid), poly(glycol acid) or poly lactic acid-co-glycolic acid.

PURPOSE: A hydrogel is provided to selectively discharge target materials according to pH and to be prepared without a chemical cross-linker. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing hydrogel comprises the steps of: dissolving an acidic polymer with an acidic group and pH value lower than pH of water to prepare an acidic polymer solution; dissolving a basic polymer with a base group and pK value higher than pH of water; and mixing acidic polymer water solution, basic polymer solution and a capture material.

PURPOSE: Cubic phase nanoparticles for enhancing hair growth are provided to concurrently include a water-soluble component and a fat-soluble component, interact with skin lipid and penetrate stratum corneum, thereby maximizing the hair growth promoting efficacy of herbal extracts. CONSTITUTION: Cubic phase nanoparticles for enhancing hair growth are manufactured by including at least one herbal extract which is selected from a group consisting of biota seed extracts, polygonum multiflorum extracts and espinosilla extracts in the water channels of monoolein cubic phase nano particles. A manufacturing method of the cubic phase nanoparticles for enhancing hair growth comprises a step of manufacturing monoolein cubic phase by adding water phase into molten monoolein; a step of manufacturing cubic phase nanoparticles by homogenizing the monoolein cubic phase after the monoolein cubic phase is added in the water phase in which dispersing agents are dissolved; and a step of stirring the cubic phase nanoparticles and at least one extract selected from a group consisting of biota seed extracts, polygonum multiflorum extracts and espinosilla extracts after mixing the cubic phase nanoparticles and the extracts.

PURPOSE: A photo-responsive interpenetrating bead is provided to lower crosslink density by photodegradation of a part of photo-crosslinked soluble polymer-coumarin, thereby controlling the release of a target material by photo-irradiation. CONSTITUTION: A photo-responsive interpenetrating bead is composed of alginate and a polymer-coumarin conjugate and has an interpenetrating crosslinked structure. A method for manufacturing the bead comprises the steps of: preparing a polymer-coumarin conjugate; dissolving the polymer-coumarin conjugate with alginate in an aqueous phase to prepare a mixture solution; and irradiating a polyvalent cationic solution by UV ray with a wavelength of 365 nm or greater and dropping the mixture solution to prepare the interpenetrating bead.
