Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for preparing recombinant human keratinocyte growth factor using Bombyx mori protein disulfide isomerase gene is provided to improve productivity. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing recombinant human keratinocyte growth factor comprises: a step of transforming insect cell line with a recombinant expression vector containing the gene; a step of simultaneously or gradually transforming insect cell line with a recombinant vector containing human keratinocyte growth factor gene; a step of selecting transformed cell line which expresses Bombyx mori protein disulfide isomerase and human keratinocyte growth factor; and a step of producing the recombinant human keratinocyte growth factor.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供使用蚕豆蛋白二硫键异构酶基因制备重组人角质形成细胞生长因子的方法，以提高生产力。 构成：制备重组人角质形成细胞生长因子的方法包括：用含有该基因的重组表达载体转化昆虫细胞系的步骤; 用包含人角质形成细胞生长因子基因的重组载体同时或逐渐转化昆虫细胞系的步骤; 选择表达家蚕蛋白二硫键异构酶和人角质形成细胞生长因子的转化细胞系的步骤; 以及产生重组人角质形成细胞生长因子的步骤。
