Abstract translation: 本发明涉及包含用于控制芸苔属植物根茎的红粘土浆料的组合物及其制备方法。 具体地说,将根浸入含有用于控制种植前的芸苔属植物根茎的红粘土浆料的组合物进行预处理,然后进行叶面处理,以控制棒菜根为芸苔属植物的致死病, 用户进行有机农业或环境友好型农业,防范威胁人民群众安全的因素,恶化水土质量,促进生态友好型农业发展。 制备根据本发明的用于控制芸苔属植物根茎的红粘土浆料的组合物的方法包括以下步骤:1)将10-40重量%的氢氧化钠(NaOH)与60-90重量%的红 容器中的粘土; 2)在具有石墨坩埚的炉中在1100-1200℃下进行步骤1的混合物的熔融反应; 3)通过粉碎机冷却然后粉碎步骤2的熔融产物; 4)向步骤3的粉碎产物中加入水,再次粉碎混合物以制备红泥浆; 5)向步骤4中制备的红泥浆中加入硫酸进行中和; 和6)将步骤5中和的红土浆料稀释至基于100重量份水的0.1-2重量份。

Abstract: PURPOSE: A cell damage modeling apparatus using a microfluidic element and a cell damage modeling method using the same are provided to simulate an environment which is similar to a real cell pressurizing condition through the configuration that is able to pressurize cells by supplying air to an air channel. CONSTITUTION: A cell damage modeling apparatus comprises: a cell culture channel (110) for culturing nerve cells; an air channel (120) formed at one side of the cell culture channel; an intermediate layer which is formed between the cell culture channel and the air channel and has an elastically transformable material; and an air supply unit which supplies air to the air channel to pressurize cells in the cell culture channel. The cell culture channel and the air channel form an interlayer in a main body (100) of a PDMS material.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for differentiating stem cells using composite waves are provided to quickly differentiate the stem cells into nerve cells. CONSTITUTION: A method for differentiating mesenchymal stem cells into nerve cells comprises a step of simultaneously or sequentially treating the mesenchymal stem cells by an electromagnetic field and sound wave. The mesenchymal stem cells are derived from embryos or adult tissue. The mesenchymal stem cells are derived from bone marrow, fat, umbilical cord blood, or umbilical cord. The differentiated nerve cells are treated by an electromagnetic field and sound wave. A pharmaceutical composition for treating neurological disorders contains the nerve cells.

Abstract: 본 발명은 임플란트의 코팅층 표면에 효과적으로 골형성 단백질을 고정시키기 위하여 천연 칼슘 킬레이팅제를 사용하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 이식 후에 면역반응을 최소화할 수 있고, 생착율이 높으면서도 세포 적합성, 생체적합성, 그리고 친수성이 향상되어 빠른 골융합을 유도할 수 있는 생체재료를 제조하는 기술을 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 천연 칼슘 킬레이팅제를 이용한 골형성 단백질 고정화 기술은, 골형성 단백질의 손실을 줄이고, 안정적인 고정(juxtacrine) 효과를 유지할 수 있다. 따라서 이식 후에 면역반응을 최소화하고 세포 적합성, 생체적합성, 그리고 골형성 단백질의 도입으로 무기질 생체재료의 친수성이 향상되어 세포의 부착과 분화를 향상시킴으로써 생착율이 높으면서도 빠른 골융합을 유도할 수 있는 생체재료를 제조하는 기술로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.-
