Abstract:
본 발명은 광대역 무선 접속(Broadband Wireless Access) 시스템에서 하향 링크의 채널 품질 표시(Channel Quality IndicationI, 이하 'CQI'라 칭함)를 위한 상향 채널의 할당 및 그 시그널링 방법을 게시한다. 이러한 본 발명은 기지국에서는 상향 링크의 일부를 CQI 정보를 위해 할당하고, 가입자 단말기는 초기화 과정을 수행하는 동안 상기 기지국으로부터 CQI 채널 영역을 사용하는 파라미터들을 할당받도록 하며, 또한 기지국에서는 필요할 때마다 특정 가입자 단말기 또는 가입자 단말기들의 CQI 관련 파라미터들을 변경할 수 있도록 함으로써, 가입자 단말기에서는 UL-MAP에 UCC-Region-IE를 매번 읽을 필요가 없도록 하고, 기지국에서는 UCC-Region-IE를 상황에 따라 전송할 수 있도록 하여 시스템 자원을 효율적으로 관리할 수 있도록 한다.

PURPOSE: An upper pneumatics assembly of wafer CMP equipment is provided to prevent malfunction by minimizing the amount of heat generated from a motor. CONSTITUTION: A regulator(110) is used for regulating the pneumatic supplied to a polishing head. A manifold(120) is used for transmitting the pneumatic to various paths of the polishing head through the regulator. A measuring converter is used for measuring the pneumatic. A fixing plate(140) is installed at a top part of a motor for rotating the polishing head. The manifold is installed at the fixing plate. A bridge(150) is used for separating the manifold from the fixing plate in order to prevent the transmission of the heat from the motor to the manifold.

PURPOSE: A tape attach apparatus having a marking unit is provided to automatically record the information related to a wafer on a tape of a wafer sheet after the tape attach process. CONSTITUTION: The tape mount apparatus comprises: a wafer feeding unit(10) for providing a wafer; a wafer ring feeding unit(30) for providing a wafer ring; a tape mounting unit(40) for manufacturing a wafer sheet by mounting a tape on the wafer and the wafer ring; and a wafer sheet storing unit for storing the wafer sheet.

PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for valancing loads and for allocating power based on the load prediction of neighbor cells are provided to minimize load terminals by determining a power and handover terminal group. CONSTITUTION: A reception unit(300) receives information for predicting each load of neighbor base stations from the neighbor base stations. A first determination unit(306) determines a power and handover terminal group based on information for predicting each load of the neighbor base station. PURPOSE: A sub-band scheduling method in a wireless communication system and apparatus thereof are provided to continually offer a service without degrading quality by changing wireless resource usage state information between an adjacent cell and an overload state cell. In case a sub-band restriction method is performed, the control unit controls the sub-band restriction method(408).
