A data driver for supplying image information to a liquid crystal panel of a liquid display device according to one embodiment of the present invention includes: a first data driver integrated circuit for having a first gamma voltage generator which generates a plurality of gamma levels through a first resistor string comprising a plurality of resistors which are serially connected in between a first voltage source and a second voltage source; and a second data driver integrated circuit for having a second gamma voltage generator which generates a plurality of gamma levels through a second resistor string comprising a plurality of resistors which are serially connected in between the first voltage source and second voltage source; and has a short path between nodes which generate the same target voltages between the nodes formed by resistors included in the first resistor string and resistors included in the second resistor string.

PURPOSE: A transaction dividing apparatus and method thereof are provided to minimize SDRAM(Synchronous Dynamic RAM) delay between long burst transactions by constituting an entire memory map as a bank interleaving type. CONSTITUTION: A first processing unit(110) divides transaction which access transaction in a first bank to sub transactions. A second processing unit(120) provides interleaving using the banks to the sub transactions by changing the address of the transactions. A first sub transaction is processed by accessing the first bank. A second sub transaction is processed in a second bank. A third processing unit(130) searches the sub transaction in which the address is changed.

A method for transmitting data efficiently during video decoding and an apparatus thereof are provided to read residue data from a memory in consideration of CBP(Coded Block Pattern) information, thereby efficiently accessing the memory. A method for transmitting data from a host to a slave in video decoding comprises the following steps of: setting a flag according to the transmission of information to the slave by the host and the completion of data storage to a memory; and enabling the slave to read the data from the memory selectively according to the information if the value of the flag is a first value.

A die bonding apparatus having a mount stage unit is provided to prevent pressure concentrated on corners of a die and damage of the die upon die bonding by configuring a mount stage surrounding the die. A mount stage(32) is attached on an upper of a mount stage body(30) and capable of bonding a die and a wire substrate with a bonding head. The die is received on a surface of the mount stage. A moving unit is connected to the mount stage body and capable of moving the mount stage. The mount stage surrounds the die received thereon with its surface area so that corners of the die and the mount stage are not contacted to each other, and prevents damage of the die.
