    Abstract: A fluent particle and a collision charging type of an electronic paper display device comprising the same are provided to enable an aerogel layer having high surface lubrication and high roughness to cover the whole core particle in the fluent particle, thereby reducing cohesion between particles and increasing the stability of external additives caused by a high specific surface area to improve durability. A fluent particle(20) includes a core particle(21) including polymer resin and an aerogel layer(22) surrounding the outside of the core particle. Aerogel includes a metal oxide of which the specific surface area is in a range of 100 to 1500m2/g. As the specific surface area of the aerogel is expanded, the roughness of a surface is increased, and the separation of external additives is reducted.

A high-hardness optical film includes a plastic base film(10), a rigid layer(20), and a hard coating layer(30). The rigid layer is formed on one surface of the plastic base film.
