Abstract:
PURPOSE: A combustor to partially premix fuels and oxidants using a pyrolysis effect and a combusting method using the same are provided to partially pyrolyze or reform the fuel by preheating the fuel with partial premixing flames and to stabilize the flame by receiving a heating source from the premixing flames formed by the premixing. CONSTITUTION: A combustor (100) to partially premix fuels and oxidants using a pyrolysis effect comprises a first nozzle (10), a fuel supply member, an oxidant supply member, a second nozzle (20), and a driving member. The first nozzle includes a fuel supply path and an oxidant supply path. The first nozzle is separated from the front surface of the first nozzle in a predetermined gap and forms a premixing path (4) to premix the fuel and the oxidant. The driving member drives the first nozzle or the second nozzle and controls a premixing amount by controlling the predetermined gap.

PURPOSE: A meteorological observation assembly is provided to easily replace a sensor by rotating a boom installed in one side of a wind power generator. CONSTITUTION: A meteorological observation assembly(10) comprises: a pillar support(100); a lower flange(200) installed in one side of the support; a boom(300) which is installed to rotate around the support; an upper flange(400) which is installed in the upper part of the boom; a fixing unit(500) for fixing the boom by compressing the lower flange and upper flange; and a meteorological sensor(600) which is installed at the end part of the boom.

A bubble-powered micro pump is provided to form a triple structure to obtain large flux with low power, observe bubble movement in a chamber to control bubbles in the optimum condition to obtain desired flux, and remove a mechanical driving part to secure long-term reliability. A first silicon wafer layer is a mark layer, having a groove formed on a top side to interpose a micro heater(21). A second silicon wafer layer is accumulated on the first silicon wafer layer, having a passage(31) in a direction of crossing the micro heater. A glass wafer layer has a power supply path connected with both ends of the micro heater to receive power through grounding, a fluid inlet(42) and a fluid exhaust port(43) connected with both ends of the passage.

본 발명은 가스보일러로부터 배출되는 배가스의 폐열회수를 위하여 물유동층 열교환기를 사용할 경우, 전열관 배열이 물유동층내에 위치한다. 일반적인 다공판을 사용할 경우, 물유동층 열교환기의 가스측 압력손실은 약 100 ~ 120 mmH 2 O 정도로 나타난다. 이러한 압력손실은 다공판 상부의 물유동층의 높이에 비례한다. 따라서 기존의 다공판의 구멍에 물유동층 높이의 절반정도의 길이의 튜브를 연결하여 배가스가 통과하는 물유동층의 높이를 줄여줌으로서 물유동층 열교환기의 가스측 압력손실을 줄일 수 있다.

PURPOSE: An apparatus for treating wastewater discharged from exhaust gas scrubber using knife-edge type screw and evaporation operation is provided to economically separate solid matters from wastewater. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises the parts of an inclined cylinder(1) for receiving scrubbing water to treat exhaust gas; a steam jacket(2) formed around the cylinder(1) for evaporating scrubbing water in the cylinder(1); a knife-edge type screw(8) rotatively fixed to a shaft for transferring particulate matter in the cylinder(1) to upper part; and a particulate matter discharge hole(16) for discharging concentrated solid matter to upper part.

본발명은연소로에서배출되는배가스의분진을효율적으로포집하기위한판형스크라버집진장치에관한것이다. 보다상세하게는판형스크라버분배판의배가스통로를직사각형모양의구멍으로형성하고톱니바퀴모양의유로면적조절용마개를수직방향으로이동시켜분배판의구멍을통과하는배가스의유로면적을조절할수 있도록한다. 이와같은유로면적조절판의작동에의하여배가스유량을조절하는댐퍼의역할을하여연소로의내압과분배판에서의배가스측압력손실을일정하게유지할수 있으며또한배가스의분배판의직사각형구멍의폭을작게만들어통과유속을일정하게유지하여집진장치의효율을일정하게유지할수 있다. 분배판직사각형구멍의폭이작을경우배가스내의분진에의하여구멍이오염될수 있으나유로면적조절판의톱니모양의조절마개를상하로수회분배판의구멍속으로통과시켜분배판의구멍을뚫고구멍내의오염물질을제거함으로써분배판에서의유로가막히는현상을해결하여배가스의분진을효율적으로포집할수 있다.

PURPOSE: A kiln type drier using a steam compressor is provided to collect/use all of evaporation latent heat by drying a solid and to promote steam enthalpy by driving a steam turbine without additional power supply. CONSTITUTION: In a kiln type drier, a solid is put into a hopper by a crane(25) and then into a kiln body(1) by a material injector(22) via a rotary valve(5). The solid is dried by heat transfer pipes(16,17) of the kiln body, and evaporated steam therefrom is discharged to a steam discharge portion. The steam loses dispersing dust via a filter(3) and flows into a steam compressor(2). The kiln body has the heat transfer pipes connected to steam header pipes(14) mounted at both sides. The solid is dried in the kiln body effectively by the heat transfer pipes. Herein, if the kiln body has a very large diameter, the heat transfer pipes are divided into four zones. The heat transfer pipes(17) connected toward a blade have the same rotational direction. The heat transfer pipes are dropped at the front end. Therefore, a large amount of solid is dried effectively.
