Abstract: PURPOSE: An IP network interworking system of a non-electric device and a method thereof are provided to reduce the operating and managing expenses of a low power network and to overcome the limitedness of an energy property. CONSTITUTION: An IP network interworking system of a non-electric device includes a non-electric device(110) and an IP interworking router(120). The non-electric device composes a data packet and transmits the data packet if the non-electric device reaches data transmission power by generating power.
