Abstract: According to an embodiment of the present invention, a waste heat recovery system of a vehicle comprises: an exhaust gas boiler which heats operation fluid using heat of exhaust gas discharged from an engine; a super heater which heats operation fluid vapor formed in the exhaust gas boiler; and a turbine generating rotating force using vapored operation fluid generated in the super heater; a reservoir which is installed in the lower part of the exhaust gas boiler and has a space in which the operation fluid is accommodated; a recovery line connecting the exhaust gas boiler and the reservoir; a recovery supply controlling valve which is installed to open and close the recovery line; and a control unit which recovers the operation fluid in the exhaust gas boiler to the reservoir by opening the recovery line by controlling the rotation supply controlling valve when a recovery condition that the operation fluid is recovered to the reservoir is satisfied. Therefore, the waste heat recovery system of a vehicle can solve a problem generated due to freezing of operation fluid in the waste heat recovery system of a vehicle by recovering the operation medium filled in the exhaust gas boiler of the waste heat recovery system when the vehicle is stopped or the temperature of external air is lower than a set value.
