Abstract: PURPOSE: A hydraulic pressure control system of an automatic transmission for a vehicle is provided to prevent shift shock and lowering of durability of a friction factor by supplying oil normally in shifting manually and supplying oil sufficiently in shifting manually while stepping on the accelerator pedal. CONSTITUTION: Hydraulic pressure from an oil pump is divided and supplied to a pressure regulating and damper clutch control unit, a decompression unit, and a transmission control unit, and decompressed pressure and hydraulic pressure converted from the transmission control unit are supplied to a hydraulic control unit. Shifting is performed by supplying hydraulic pressure from the hydraulic control unit as a friction factor with a hydraulic distributing unit. A manual hydraulic pressure control unit is placed in the upper pipe of a first clutch(C1) operating at forward 1,2 or 3-range and a third clutch(C3) operating at the reverse range as the friction factor to regulate flow into the first clutch and the third clutch.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A control method for hydraulic pressure of a primary pulley in starting a continuously variable transmission on high temperature is provided to improve shifting response property and maintain line pressure by controlling hydraulic pressure supplied to the primary pulley in starting on high temperature. CONSTITUTION: Whether changes of an opening throttle angle and oil temperature are over reference value is checked(S110). Normal shifting is controlled if changes of the opening throttle angle and oil temperature are over reference value. If not, a duty of a solenoid valve for controlling transmission gear ratio maintains a null position duty for controlling transmission gear ratio(S120). Error value is calculated based on actual speed of a primary pulley and desired speed of the primary pulley(S130). Normal shifting is controlled if error value is under reference value(S150). Returning to a second stage is controlled when error value is over reference value. Thereby, instability of line pressure due to shortage of flow is reduced by shifting a gear when difference of desired RPM(Revolution Per Minute) of the primary pulley and actual RPM is within reference value.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A hydraulic control system for a continuously variable transmission is provided to keep line pressure and solenoid hydraulic pressure regularly and to improve shift quality and the lubricating ability of a belt. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic control system for a continuously variable transmission includes a damper clutch control unit(49), a line pressure control unit(51), a transmission gear ratio control unit(53), a forward and reverse movement control unit, and a solenoid hydraulic pressure supply unit(57). The damper clutch control unit controls hydraulic pressure produced from an oil pump(59) by damper clutch control pressure and supplies the control pressure to a torque converter feed valve(61) and a damper clutch control valve(63) in order. The hydraulic pressure passes through a regulator valve(69) and a second regulator valve(71) in order and the hydraulic pressure is controlled by line pressure. The transmission gear ratio control unit controls the line pressure controlled by the line pressure control unit by a transmission gear ratio control valve(79) and controls a primary pulley(75) by the controlled hydraulic pressure, and directly controls a secondary pulley(71) by the line pressure. The forward and reverse movement control unit controls the line pressure supplied from the second regulator valve by a pressure control valve and passes a manual valve by the controlled hydraulic pressure and selectively supplies to a forward clutch and reverse brake.
