    Abstract: PURPOSE: A fuel control method of a diesel engine is provided to reduce idle noise and to improve performance of the engine throughout the range by stabilizing idle rpm and preventing idle hunting with the control logic controlling the optimal compensation value corresponding to engine rpm and temperature under pilot operation condition. CONSTITUTION: The operation mode of an engine is decided whether the pilot flag is on and engine rpm is pilot start rpm or not in turning on an ECU(Engine Control Unit) and in detecting starting of the engine(S100,S110,S120). The K3 angle control is performed corresponding to engine rpm and the fuel temperature compensation map within the pilot injection range(S130). The total K3 angle control is performed by adding the pilot fuel temperature compensation map to the K3 map(S131). The K3 angle control is performed in idling the engine, and the present engine rpm is compared with the pilot-off rpm in running the engine(S140,S150). The total K3 angle control is performed in case of present rpm to be more than pilot-off rpm.

CONSTITUTION: A bracket fixing structure includes a thread bush(1) made from materials having strength lower than a mounted bracket(3) and a combined bolt(5). The thread bush has a thread unit protruded toward threads of the bolt in a boss unit. The length of the boss unit of the thread bush is shorter than the thickness of a mounting part of the bracket. The thread unit of the thread bush is deformed by the combination of the bolt and formed to expand the outer diameter of the thread bush. The outer diameter of the boss unit of the thread bush is larger than the inner diameter of the bracket at which the outer diameter is expanded by the deformation of the thread unit. The thread bush is made from aluminum.
