PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition that has a practically sufficient level of strength and radiating properties as it retains the flame retardancy and provide radiating sheets made of the composition. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic elastomer composition comprises a thermoplastic elastomer, a thermally conductive filler and a flame retardant. As at least a part of the thermally conductive filler, a fine carbon fiber having the average diameter of 0.05-0.5 μm and the average length 1-50 μm is contained in an amount corresponding to the volume fraction of 0.1-10 vol.% in the formed composition. The radiating sheet is produced from the composition.

SOLUTION: The heat radiating elastomer composition contains (A) a thermoplastic elastomer composition consisting of (a) 100 pts.wt. styrenic thermoplastic elastomer, (b) 1-100 pts.wt. propylene homopolymer and/or propylene copolymer comprising mainly propylene, and (c) 30-500 pts.wt. paraffinic oil, and (B) a metal compound powder. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a base body for photoreceptor drum which is used for electrophotographic devices such as a copying machine, facsimile equipment and a printer, and is excellent in the moldability and is easily released from a mold, and which can hold a gear stably to the central axis of the base body, and can be given the excellent printing performance. SOLUTION: In the base body for photoreceptor drum obtained by injection molding a resin composition using thermoplastic resin or the thermoplastic resin as base material, a flange which closes the opening part of the base body and connects the gear part to drive the substrate for photoreceptor drum is fixed to at least the opening part of one side, a taper for facilitating the releasing from the mold after forming is provided in the inner peripheral surface, and a parallel part with the uniform diameter and longer than the inserting range of the flange connecting the gear is provided partially in the inner peripheral surface of the opening part fixing the flange.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixed resin composition suitably used as a substrate for a photoreceptor drum excellent in surface smoothness even in a case filled with carbon black or a reinforcing fiber and the photoreceptor drum using the resin composition as a substrate. SOLUTION: In the mixed resin composition wherein a molding material containing a mixed resin of two or more links of resins different in crystallizing speed is molded into a desired shape by injection molding, two or more kinds of the resins are mixed in a pellet state and the mixed pellets are melted to be injection-molded. The photoreceptor drum is obtained using a cylindrical substrate molded from the resin composition.
