    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enhance the surface water repellency of a fin material and to allow a fine condensed waterdrop to fall down by applying plasma treatment to the surface of a plasma polymerization film formed from a fluoro-compound and a reducing agent using the fluoro-compound alone. CONSTITUTION:A plasma polymerization film having high water repellency is formed by mixing and copolymerizing a fluoro-compound and a reducing agent and further subjected to plasma treatment using the fluoro-compound alone to form a perfectly fluorinated surface. This fin material for a heat exchanger is enhanced in surface water repellency and can allow a fine condensed waterdrop to fall down.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a heat-exchanger fin material free from standing of condensed water on the surface and having superior efficiency of heat transfer by providing a fluororesin coating layer formed by polymerizing a fluorine monomer source having a specific value of the atomic ratio of F to C. CONSTITUTION:A fluorine monomer in which atomic ratio of F to C is regulated to >=1.2, such as C2H3F4 and CF4, is subjected to plasmic polymerization on the surface of a fin material of Al, etc., by which a fluororesin coating layer consisting of a polymer film in which carbon fluoride groups increased in fluorine atom density, such as -CF3 and =CF2, are arranged on the surface layer is formed. When the above fin material is used as a fin material for heat exchanger, such as heat pump, even fine drops of condensed water with a diameter as small as about 1mm roll down the fin surface and do not stand on the surface. By this method, the lowering of the thermal efficiency of a heat exchanger can be reduced and the clogging of a fin can be prevented.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To deform a boss section in response to a shaft, resolve the contact between the shaft and a main bearing, and prevent the damage of them by fitting a ceramic ring with high rigidity on the outside of the boss section on the main bearing of the shaft. CONSTITUTION:The shaft 5 of a compressor 1 is rotated by a motor constituted of a stator 3 shrinkage-fitted in a sealed shell 2 and a rotor 4. A rotor 6 incorporated in the shaft 5 is eccentrically rotated, the compression gas guided into a cylinder 7 through an intake pipe 10 is compressed. A lubricating oil 11 is fed to a main bearing 8 and an auxiliary bearing 9 of the shaft 5 through an oil feed pipe 12. In this case, a ring 13 made of silicon carbide is shrinkage-fitted to the boss section 8a of the main bearing 8. The rigidity of the boss section 8 is improved, the boss section 8a is deformed by the stress received from the shaft 5, the contact between the shaft 5 and the main bearing 8 is prevented.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To make heat conduct quantity to gas to be compressed reduce for making it possible to improve efficiency by forming a main bearing or an assistant bearing of metal material formed with a ceramic member in monobloc forming on faces on which respective bearings come to contact with a cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A shaft 5 is rotated with a motor formed of a stator 3 and a rotor 4, and with eccentric rotation following that on a roller 6, is compressed gas to be compressed introduced into a cylinder 7 through a suction pipe 10. Here, a main bearing 11 and an assistant bearing 12 are respectively made integral with ceramic members 11B, 12B made of partially stabilized zirconia in specially low heat conductivity through monobloc casting of FC20. Namely, the main bearing 11 is cast with FC20 in ceramic member 11B formed in comblike on one side, and the main bearing 11 is formed on making a cast member 11A integral with the ceramic member 11B, thereon the cast member 11A and the ceramic member 11B are strongly combined together on account of difference on respective shrinkage factors.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To generate a flow of a refrigerant electromagnetically at a low noise accompanying no mechanical vibration by a method wherein a pair of electrodes is located in refrigerant piping corresponding to a superconductive coil arranged in proximity to refrigerant piping and a DC power source is connected to the electrodes to form a fluid pump. CONSTITUTION: Refrigerant in refrigerant piping 8a of a fluid pump 9 part is ionized by positive and negative electrodes 12. A Rorentz force is generated by a current flowing between the pair of electrodes 12 and 13 and a magnetic flex flowing between a pair of superconductive coils 10 and 11 and moves the refrigerant ionized in the direction of a condenser 2 to be circulated through a cooler in which the condenser 2, an expansion valve 3 and an evaporator 4 are connected in a ring. Thus, a flow of the refrigerant is generated electromagnetically by the Rorentz force in the fluid pump 9 to produce a flow of the refrigerant by a continuous fixed force accompanying no mechanical vibration thereby preventing the generation of vibration and noises in a refrigerant piping system with no pressure pulsation of the refrigerant.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To control an increase in draft resistance due to frosting of a heat exchanger and maintain space heating capacity for a long time by a method wherein on a fin between heat transfer tubes a plurality of cut and raised parts opened to an air flow direction are installed and the leading edge of the cut and raised part and a part of a fin base plate adjoining the cut and raised part are equipped with attack angles to the air flow direction. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of cut and raised parts 13 opened to an air flow direction 14 at the part between heat transfer tubes 11 on a fin 10 are installed and at the part 13 a leading edge part 13a equipped with an attack angle to the air flow direction and a part 13b in parallel to the base plate of the fin 10 are placed. A fin base plate 10a adjoining the part 13 is equipped with the attack angle to the air flow direction 14. When a heat exchanger functions as a condenser, in addition to the so-called leading edge effect in a boundary layer, the air flow streaming between the fins 10 is mixed as indicated in the arrow 16 to improve a heat transfer coefficient. When the exchanger functions as a vaporizer and is frosted, it is not clogged completely by frost at an early stage even if it is frosted and the passage for the air flow is secured.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the heat transfer performance of the finned heat exchanger by setting the tube pitch of a flat heat transfer tube in a direction rectangular to an airstream direction larger than that in the airstream direction and allowing the long axis of the flat heat transfer tube to have a certain angle with respect to the airstream direction, and providing a plurality of slits opened in the airstream direction on flat fins disposed between the flat heat transfer tube. CONSTITUTION:The tube pitch in a direction rectangular to an airstream direction of a flat heat transfer tube is made larger than that in an airstream direction of a flat heat transfer tube 8, and the long axis of the heat transfer tube is allowed to have a certain angle with respect to an airstream direction 9. Slits 10 opening at two sides opposite to the airstream direction 9 on flat fins 6 between flat heat transfer tubes 8, are provided at the upper and lower parts using flat fins 6 as base plates. By this construction, flow-in is generated in the rear stream of the flat heat transfer tube 8 and the size of a dead water zone 12 is largely reduced. Further, since it becomes possible to suppress the development of a temperature interfacial layer, the front edge effect of the interfacial layer due to the slits 10 is amply displayed on the downstream side of the flat fines 6.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the heat transfer rate between air and the front surface of a fin by forming cut and raised portion groups alternately adjacent to each other on the front and rear sides of the fins and intercrossing lines connecting centers of cut and raised portions on the front and rear sides. CONSTITUTION:Between two heat transfer pipes 4 which are provided adjacent stepwise to each other, are provided cut and raised portions 13a-13d on the front side of a fin 9, using two sides parallel to a line stepwisely connecting heat transfer pipe 11 as opening parts 15a and 15b and two sides on two lines parallel with an angle to the main current direction of an air current 12 as leg portions 17a and 17b. Further, cut and raised portions 14a-14d are provided on the rear side of the fin 9. These cut and raised portions on the front and rear sides are provided adjacent to each other to form cut and raised portion groups. The interconnecting point between a straight line connecting respective centers of the cut and raised portions and a straight line connecting the centers of the cut and raised portions on the rear side, is formed on a line connecting the centers of two heat transfer pipes 4 adjacent to each other by holding therebetween cut and raised portion groups 19. As a result, turning flows and turbulent flows are induced in air between fins thereby to improve the heat transfer function of the heat pipe.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve a heat transfer rate between air and the front surface of a fin by disposing cut and raised portion groups on the front and rear sides symmetrically with respect to a vertical bisector of a line connecting the centers of heat transfer pipes. CONSTITUTION:A finn 9 is provided at its front side 9a with cut and raised portions formed by cutting and raising to open two-side parts 13a, 13b-17a, 17b. Lines connecting side ends 13c-15c and 15c-17c and 13d-15d which are connected to respective cut and raised portions form a cut and raised portion group 18 having angles of inclination horizontally symmetric on the border of line G-G rpresentative of centers in the step direction of heat transfer pipes 11. On the rear side 9b a cut and raised portion group 23 is similarly formed. These cut and raised portion groups 18 and 23 on the front and rear side of the fin are disposed and formed symmetrically with respect to the vertical bisector F-F of the line G-G. As a result, a flow and a turbulence having turning components are induced in air flowing between fins thereby to greatly improve the heat transfer function.
