    Abstract: Se describe una unión roscada para tubos de acero, la cual comprende un enchufe 1 y una caja 2, cada uno con una superficie de contacto que comprende una porción roscada 3 ó 4 y una porción metálica de contacto no roscada 8, la cual está provista con propiedades mejoradas anti-agarrotamiento mediante la formación de un recubrimiento lubricante que tiene una función de auto-reparación por lubricación líquida y gratitud disminuida. El recubrimiento lubricante es (1) un recubrimiento que comprende una capa lubricante inferior que se encuentra en forma líquida a una temperatura entre más de 0°C y menos de 40°C, y una capa de lubricante superior la cual se encuentra en forma sólida a 40°C, o (2) un recubrimiento que es semi-sólido o sólido a 40°C y que está formado por una mezcla que comprende un aceite lubricante el cual se encuentra en forma líquida a temperaturas entre más de 0°C y menos de 40°C y una cera que se encuentra en forma sólida a 40°C, habiendo sido preferiblemente calentada dicha mezcla de manera de licuar la cera y disolver entre sí la cera y el aceite lubricante.

    Abstract: A threaded joint for steel pipe formed on a pin and a box having a contact surface including threaded parts and a non-threaded metal contact part and capable of stably assuring a galling resistance and an airtightness without applying compound grease threreto, wherein a solid lubricating film formed with lubricating powder (e.g., molybdenum disulfide) and organic or inorganic binder is formed on the contact surface of at least one of the pin and the box, the ratio of area occupied by the secondary particles of 15 to 60 µm in equi-area equivalent diameter of the lubricating powder in the cross section of the solid lubricating film in thickness direction is 5 to 90%, and fiber-like filler (e.g., inorganic substance whisker) in addition to the lubricating powder is mixed into the solid lubricating film at the mass ratio of the fiber-like filler to the binder of 0.01 to 0.5, whereby, particulary, the galling resistance at high temperatures can be improved.
