    Abstract: PURPOSE: To provide an easily bondable film excellent in adhesion to a vapor- deposited film at a high humidity especially in water and excellent in also adhesion to a printing ink and finish of printing and to provide a process for its production. CONSTITUTION: An easily bondable film being a film prepared by forming a coating film on at least either surface of a base film, wherein the coating film is made of a mixture based on a polyester resin and a melamine compound, and at least 60wt.% of the coating film is made of the polyester resin or an easily bondable film wherein the concentration of surfacial carboxylic acid is 0.005 or above, and the concentration of a prim. amine is 0.0015 or above and a process for its production are provided.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To obtain a transfer image excellent in the close adhesiveness with a sublimation type ink layer and not generating over-transfer by forming an easy adhesive layer by using an acrylic resin copolymerized with a compd. having a carboxyl group and/or a salt thereof within a specific wt.% range and a melamine crosslinking agent contained in amt. of specific % by wt. of the acrylic resin as main constitutional components. CONSTITUTION: A laminated polyester film is obtained by providing an easy adhesive layer on at least the single surface of a polyester film. The easy adhesive layer contains an acrylic resin copolymerized with 3-40wt.% of a compd. having a carboxyl group and/or a salt thereof and a melamine crosslinking agent as main constitutional components and the melamine crosslinking agent is contained in an amt. of 0.1-40 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the acrylic resin. The easy adhesive layer is provided by coating the polyester film with an adhesive before the completion of crystal orientation and subsequently completing the crystal orientation of the film by stretching and heat treatment.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To improve the adhesive properties with diazo photosensitive paint and the scratch resistance by sequentially providing a low crystalline resin layer and an aqueous resin layer at least on one side surface of a base material film in a laminated film adapted as a base material film such as a magnetic recording material, various photographic materials, or a packaging material. CONSTITUTION: This laminated film comprises a low crystalline resin layer and an aqueous resin layer sequentially provided at least on one side surface of a base material film, wherein polymer containing ethylene phthalate or ethylene-2,6-naphthalate as main component is used as the base material film. As the resin, isophthalate copolymer polyester, dimer acid copolymer polyester, succinate copolymer polyester, or blends thereof are included, or preferably those in which the difference ΔTcg between the cold crystallizing temperature and the glass transition temperature of the polymer is 80 deg.C or more are used. The resin layer is formed of acrylic copolymer having a functional group.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To make antistatic properties and easy adherence compatible by reducing a P/C strength ratio by a secondary ion mass analyzing method of a depth direction of a laminated film toward a deep part of the film and setting hydrogen bonding component of surface free energy of the film to specific dyn/cm or less. CONSTITUTION:The laminated polyester film is provided with a laminated film having antistatic properties at least on one side surface of a polyester film. A P/C strength ratio measured by a secondary ion mass analyzing method in a depth direction of the film is reduced toward a deep part of the film (to the film side), i.e., increased toward a surface of the film, thereby developing excellent antistatic function. The hydrogen bonding component of surface free energy of the film is set to 13dyn/cm or less. Dispersion force component of the energy of the surface of the film is set to 20dyn/cm or more and less than 32dyn/cm, and further polarity force component is set to 3dyn/cm or more and less than 13dyn/cm, thereby improving adherent strength.
