Abstract: A transportable ground station for a UAV includes a container in which the UAV may be transported and housed. The container includes a wireless or contact-based recharging station that recharges the UAV's batteries or other power sources after the UAV returns from a mission. Abstract: There is disclosed a deployable surveillance, security and/or enforcement unit, comprising: a container configured for deployment from a vehicle or by air at a surveillance, security and/or enforcement location; and two or more removable modules having equipment for performing surveillance, security and/or enforcement operations, wherein the container has a housing with at least one opening for receiving the two or more modules into the container. The unit may be comprised as part of a vehicle. The advantage of this arrangement is that it is flexible and can be deployed to meet temporary requirements, changing requirements, and can be easily equipped to meet differing roles. The deployable surveillance, security and/or enforcement unit may comprise removable modules including: a command module; a reconnaissance module; a sampling and diagnostic laboratory module; a decontamination module; and/or a utilities module.

Abstract: A fully-protected unmanned aerial vehicle comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle body (1) and a rotor (2) connected to the unmanned aerial vehicle body (1), and further comprises a protection housing (3) connected to the unmanned aerial vehicle body (1). The protection housing (3) is a hollowed-out closed housing and has a hollow cavity (31), and the rotor (2) is installed in the hollow cavity (31). Because the rotor is installed in the hollow cavity of the protection housing, the rotor cannot make contact with a human body, so that the unmanned aerial vehicle can be released or reclaimed by an operator with the hand, and the operation portability and safety of the rotor are improved. The hollowed-out structure provides a forming space of lift for the rotor and normal flight of the unmanned aerial vehicle is ensured. The rotor is installed in the protection housing that is connected to the unmanned aerial vehicle body, so that the overall height of the unmanned aerial vehicle is reduced, and the portability of the unmanned aerial vehicle is further improved.

Abstract: An automated drone security system for surveilling a location includes one or more drones with onboard sensors and an imaging device for measuring surveillance data. The surveillance data may include images, telemetry data, infrared data, or other detectable information of the location. Drones may be capable of executing one or multiple flight operations as well as storing and transmitting the surveillance data to a server assembly operable for coordinating the drone and receiving the surveillance data. A drone dock may be included for drone launching, landing, and/or storing the drones. A user computing device may be in communication with the server assembly and the drone(s), the user computing device being capable of receiving user input and displaying surveillance data from the drone. Flight operations associated with surveilling the location may be automatically and/or manually controlled by the user computing device and/or or the server assembly in connection with the location.
