Abstract: 본 발명에 의한 혐기소화조는 유기성 폐수를 혐기성 소화시키는 것으로 이루어지는 혐기소화조에 있어서, 소화조본체의 상측개구부를 덮개가 덮게 되고, 일측으로 개구된 개구부를 구비한 메인유체흐름유도부재가 상기 소화조본체의 바닥면과 상기 덮개의 하부면 사이에 설치되고, 상기 메인유체흐름유도부재 내에 투입되는 원수를 선회시키는 유체이송부재가 소화조본체 내의 원수에 잠겨서 상기 메인유체흐름유도부재 내에 설치되며, 원수투입구에 의해 상기 메인유체흐름유도부재 내에 원수가 투입되고, 소화액배출구에 의해 상기 메인유체흐름유도부재의 개구부와 이격된 상기 소화조본체의 일측으로 소화액이 배출되는 것으로 이루어지며, 일측으로 개구된 개구부를 구비한 하나 이상의 보조유체흐름유도부재가 상기 메인유체흐름유도부재의 외부면과 소화조본체의 내부면 사이에서 상기 소화조본체의 바닥면과 상기 덮개의 하부면 사이에 세워져 설치되고, 상기 메인유체흐름유도부재와 하나 이상의 보조유체흐름유도부재에 각각 형성된 개구부가 상호 반대 방향으로 위치하는 것을 포함한다.
따라서 본 발명은 혐기소화조 내에 투입되는 폐수인 원수의 이동거리를 증대하기 위한 메인유체흐름유도부재 또는 보조유체흐름유도부재가 혐기소화조 내에 설치되기 때문에, 메인유체흐름유도부재에 투입되는 원수의 이동거리가 길어져서 원수의 분해 시간이 용이하게 증대하며, 원수의 흐름 방향과 동일 또는 반대 방향으로 공기를 투입하여 먼거리에서 공기를 배출할 수 있어 혐기소화조 내의 폐수에서 발생되는 황화수소를 용이하게 제거할 수 있으며, 메인유체흐름유도부재 또는 보조유체흐름유도부재가 혐기소화조 내에서 덮개를 지지하기 때문에, 덮개를 지지하는 힘이 분산되므로 폐수 처리 용량을 증대하기 위하여 혐기소화조의 내부면 직경을 용이하게 증대할 수 있는 등의 효과를 발휘한다.Abstract translation: 本发明的目的是提供一种厌氧消化槽,其不仅可以容易地除去由其中的废水产生的硫化氢,而且能够容易地延伸出内径。 盖子覆盖消化槽主体的上部开口。 在其一侧具有开口的主流体流动引导构件安装在消化槽主体的盖的底部和下侧之间。 将流入主流体导流部件的原水转入的流体输送部件安装在主流体流动感应部件中的消化槽的原水的下方。 原水通过原水入口进入主流体流动引导构件。 消化水通过消化水出口排出到与主流体导流构件的开口隔开的消化槽的一侧。

Abstract: PURPOSE: A livestock excretion processing method is provided to bio-chemically remove phosphorus and nitrogen from livestock excretion. CONSTITUTION: An adulteration processing bath(100) separates and removes the adulteration included in the livestock waste. The livestock waste is collected. Supernatant is separated from a centrifugal/condensing processing tank(104) by injecting a polymer coagulant to the livestock waste. The part of supernatant is supplied from a flow control bath(106) to a bio reaction bath(110). The remaining supernatant is supplied to a soil microorganism control tank(150) through a feed water supplying line. The organic materials and nitrogen are removed by nitrifying the supernatant. The mixed water is divided into precipitated sludge and supernatant. The remaining organic materials and phosphorus are removed by using the polymer coagulant. The Insoluble organic materials, the floating material, and colloidal solid element are removed. The part of the precipitated sludge in the sludge tank is supplied to the bio reaction tank. The remaining precipitated sludge is supplied to the soil microorganism control tank.
