Abstract: The present invention relates to a combined process for manufacturing solid fuel and a NOx reducing agent using organic waste which reduces NOx concentration in exhaust gas by separating solids and liquid after conducting the methane fermentation of organic waste that is livestock manure; using methane produced during fermentation to dry separated solids by generating heat during combustion; using the dried solids as solid fuel after molding the solids; and using the separated liquid as liquid fertilizer for farmland or a NOx reducing agent for thermal power generation or incineration. The present invention relates to a combined process for manufacturing methane gas, solid fuel, liquid fertilizer and a NOx reducing agent which prevents solid precipitation and facilitates fermentation by enabling consistent convection in the process of fermenting organic waste in the state of sludge as a methane fermenter heats the floor with combustion heat of methane combustion and includes an aerator using methane gas as aeration gas inside.
