    Abstract: PURPOSE: A garbage recycling system is provided which recycles garbage as industrial product and utilizes combustible waste disused as an energy source required in the recycling process, and which is very environmentally friendly by properly treating leachate and noxious gas generated. CONSTITUTION: The garbage recycling system comprises a process (a) of selectively collecting and transporting garbage in waste; a process (b) of storing and dehydrating the garbage in storage tank having dehydration function; a process (c) of sorting inorganic materials, that is, incombustible metal scrap, glass or bottle pieces from the stored and dehydrated garbage on moving table; a process (d) of continuously drying and carbonizing the sorted garbage in continuous or batch type rotary furnace using dry distilled gas generated by performing a process (h) of dry distilling combustible waste as a heating source; a process (e) of pulverizing the dry distilled garbage in powder shape; a process (f) of mixing the pulverized garbage with subsidiary raw materials including combustion supporting agent, Activa, clay, limestone and binder; a process (g) of molding the mixed half finished product into a product shape; a process (l) of firing the molded half finished product at a proper low or high temperature to manufacture a finished product, wherein a dry distilled gas generated in the dry distillation process (h) is used as a heating source in the drying and carbonizing process (d), residue generated in the dry distillation process (h) passes through a process (i) of sorting charcoal and inorganic materials such as iron scrap and residue so that the charcoal is injected into a pulverizing process (e) while the inorganic materials are consigned to be treated, and exhaust gas generated in the drying and carbonizing process (d) is completely burnt again as it is being used as a heating source of the firing process (l) so that the completely burnt exhaust gas passes through gas cooling process (l) and air pollution preventing process (m) for removing harmful pollutants before being emitted into the air.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a method for preparing media having excellent characteristics in denitrification and removing organic material by using plastic sol with alumino-silicate. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of (a) preparing plastic sol by mixing PVC with DOP in weight ratio of 3:7, (b) mixing the plastic sol 70-90 wt.% with PVA solution 10-30 wt.%, (c) inputting inorganic material based on alumino-silicate such as silica, kaolin, zeolite and clay into the mixture acquired at the step (b), (d) extrusion-molding the mixture obtained at the step (c), (e) cutting the moulding at atmospheric pressure, (f) heating the moulding at temperature of 100 to 200 °C for 5 min to 1 hr, (g) boiling the moulding in distilled water for 6 hrs, and (h) drying the moulding.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a preparation method by mixing the fibrous carbon and ACTIVA powders which lowers the temperature of the electric hot plate to 40 deg.C to save the electric power and cost, and eliminates the compound processes such as the surface attachment process. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method by mixing the fibrous carbon and ACTIVA powders is completed only by mixing ACTIVA powders and the fibrous carbon in a powdery state at the weight ratio of 10-90% : 10-90% and engrafting to a paper or cotton fabric plane. The ACTIVA powders emit the far-infrared radiation having 7-20 micrometer wavelength range, and radiate the energy of 4,267 watt/cm¬2 at the temperature of 40 deg.C to have the sensible heat rise effect. The both of ACTIVA powders and the fibrous carbon are powdery, and the formulation ratio is controlled according to the purpose.
