    Abstract: A pipe cutting machine is provided to reduce burr after cutting of a material by extracting the material prior to completion of cutting process. A pipe cutting machine includes a main body(1), a transfer unit(10) for transferring a material, and a cutting unit(20) for cutting the material transferred by the transfer unit. The transfer unit includes an LM guide(5) and a ball screw(12) arranged on the main body, a saddle(11) guided by the LM guide and provided with driving force by the ball screw, a chucking member mounted on the saddle, a driving motor(2) for rotating the ball screw, and a belt(3). The cutting unit includes a chucking block which is split and reciprocates along a guide, a cylinder for operating the chucking block, a connecting rod interposed between the cylinder and the chucking block and operates the chucking block through the cylinder, a knife joined to the chucking block, a support block joined to the chucking block so as to support a cut material, a motor for operating the knife, and a spring for returning the chucking block to its original position.
