Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extendable casing for sand pile placing having a lock part capable of withstanding an impact load to be applied by a vibrator. SOLUTION: This extendable casing 10 for sand pile placing is provided with a lock mechanism 50 installed in a leader, which is erected in a base machine or a support vessel integrally with a hopper and a vibrator, freely to elevate to lock an inner casing 20 and an outer casing 40 with each other in the extending condition and shrinking condition. The lock mechanism 50 is formed so that screw type lock pins 54 provided in the outer casing 40 are inserted into a plurality of lock holes 23a formed on the same circumference of the inner casing. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain air-tightness inside a casing pipe, and to prevent an intrusion of soil and water into a lock mechanism part. SOLUTION: In this extendable casing 10 for sand pile placing, an inflatable ring 71 to be expanded by filling air to abut on an inner casing 20 is provided at the predetermined position of an outer casing 40, in which a lower part of the inner casing 20 is positioned in the shrinking condition. The inner casing 20 is provided with a seal rubber 83 energized downward by a spring 85 at a position over the seal position of the inflatable ring 71. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate diversion to a foundation structure that can easily meet design quality, arrangement and the like in a construction region regarding sludge discharged to the ground surface side. SOLUTION: This utilization and treatment method to the foundation structure is provided for the sludge b1 produced when a part of a solidifying agent a1 injected into the ground is discharged rising to the ground surface side together with soil and the like when injecting the solidifying agent into the ground of the construction area by a construction machine 1 to improve soil or to construct an underground continuous wall. A recess 4 is formed on the ground surface side corresponding to an injection part before injecting the solidifying agent a1 into the ground, and after a vertically penetrating form 2 (2A) for the foundation structure is installed in the recess 4, the solidifying agent a1 is injected into the ground by the construction machine 1.
