Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inside four-division tube having a structure which is capable of reducing the manufacturing cost by reducing the number of cold working, excellent in sealability and dividability of an inner space, and lightweight, its manufacturing method.
SOLUTION: In the inside four-division tube, a cylindrical outer tube and an inner tube to be inscribed therewith through cold drawing inside the outer tube are provided; Four outer seal parts which are brought into contact with the outer tube with at least a part of each end being formed on an inner circumferential surface of the outer tube, four inner seal parts in which the outer circumferential surface of the inner tube is squeezed inwardly, a tube wall of the inner tube is pressed thereto, and an inner space of the inner tube is divided into two, and four connection parts for connecting one end of each outer seal part to an end of each inner seal part are provided on the entire circumference. Each space part is formed between the two continuous connection parts and the inner circumferential surface of the outer tube is formed in addition to the space part divided into two by the inner tube.
