PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display terrestrial digital broadcasting not on a dedicated application but on a general-purpose web browser, when the terrestrial digital broadcasting is viewed using a terminal unit such as a PC. SOLUTION: A terrestrial digital portal system 10 comprises a tuner 14 for receiving digital broadcasting, a signal processing portion 19 for extracting image data and data-broadcasting data from a digital broadcast signal received by the tuner 14, a browser processing portion 22 for generating image information for displaying on the general-purpose web browser, based on the image data and the data-broadcasting data extracted by the signal processing portion 19, and a display portion 24 for displaying the image information generated by the browser processing portion 22 on the general-purpose web browser. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conversation voice relay method and a conversation voice relay system capable of eliminating unnaturalness in the conversation between a reporter at a site and a personality in a studio, and performing relay having high sound quality fit for broadcasting. SOLUTION: The conversation voice relay method includes a process for establishing the conversation between the site and the studio via a normal line network without any delay, a process for relaying voice at the site to the studio side with high sound quality via a packet line network, a process for delaying the voice of the conversation at the studio by time corresponding to the amount of delay of voice coming through the packet line network, and a process for mixing the voice coming through the packet line network with the delayed voice of the conversation at the studio side. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-dimensional/three-dimensional image display device capable of preventing degradation in image quality caused when an input image signal is changed from a two-dimensional image signal to a three-dimensional image signal, and vice versa, and to provide a driving method thereof and electronic imaging equipment. SOLUTION: The 2D/3D image display device generates 2D or 3D image data according to an input image signal and displays them on a display part 200. The display part includes a display panel 220 for displaying an image in response to the 2D or 3D image data and an optical element layer 230 having first and second driving modes corresponding to the 3D and 2D image data, and is characterized by comprising a controller for converting the optical element layer to be in the first driving mode in a first period before a 3D image signal is displayed when the input image signal changes from a 2D image signal to the 3D image signal, and for converting the optical element layer to be in the second driving mode in a second period after the 2D image signal is displayed when the input image signal changes from the 3D image signal to the 2D image signal. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for effectively reducing the delay time of a network, minimizing the effect of missing packet and realizing transmission of voice data of high quality and at high speed. SOLUTION: In a voice data transmission system, including a transmitter and a receiver for transmitting / receiving voice data via a high speed transmission path, the transmitter compresses received voice data in a prescribed compression units to generate a compressed data file of each compression unit, adjusts the data amount of the compressed data file, on the basis of a packet length, and directly generates packets from each compressed data file, without generating a data sequence. The packets produced in units of the compressed data files are transmitted to a transmission path with the same timing.
