Abstract: PURPOSE: An anti-peptic ulcer composition containing rice prolamin is provided to widely use the composition with high safety by containing a protein of commercial food. CONSTITUTION: An anti-peptic ulcer composition contains rice prolamin as an active ingredient. The composition further comprises activity stimulating adjuvant ingredient. The adjuvant ingredient is selected from a group of tea extract, ginseng extract, barley extract, (-)-epicatechin (EC), tannic acid and cystein. The adjuvant ingredient is contained in 1-80 weight parts based on 1 weight part of rice prolamin.
