Abstract: A composition of the present invention has superior anti-inflammation effect in a colitis-induced mouse as well as cultivated enterocyte and macrophage and is widely used because the composition contains a water extract of glutinous rice as an active ingredient, which is obtained from safe commercial foods by a simple method.
