Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for assorting the quality of fruits is provided to improve productivity and to offer reliability to consumers by automatically and promptly assorting the quality of fruits. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for assorting the quality of fruits comprises a feeding unit(100) for placing and feeding fruits, an assorting unit(200) for outputting a signal corresponding to the light reflected on a fruit fed by the feeding unit, a classifying unit(300) for determining the grade of the fruit by comparing the output signal to reference data, and a dividing unit(400) for dividing fruits depending on the determined grade. The assorting unit consists of sprockets(120) rotated by a motor(110), a chain(130) rotated in engagement with the sprockets, many feeding plates(140) axially combined to the chain, and a rotating plate(150) for transferring a feeding dish(160) toward the feeding plates corresponding to the transfer speed of the feeding plate. The classifying unit consists of a classifying chamber for shielding an external light, a light emitting unit for downward irradiating a light to a fruit, and a light receiving unit for focusing the light irradiated to the fruit and outputting a signal corresponding to the intensity of the light.

Abstract: 본 발명은 분기선을 가진 전송선이나 PDP(Plasma Display Panel)에서 분기선 혹은 전극을 통과하는 신호의 주파수 특성을 측정하여 빠르고 저렴하게 이상 유무 및 이상 위치까지 알 수 있는 주파수특성을 이용한 분기선 및 PDP 전극 검사 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 다수의 검사대상전극과 직접 접촉되지 않도록 그라운드 플레인을 형성하고, 상기 다수 검사대상전극의 일단에 접촉되도록 전송선을 추가한 후, 상기 전송선의 일단에 소정 간격을 갖는 다수 주파수로 이루어진 검사신호를 인가하고, 상기 전송선의 다른 단으로부터 출력되는 신호파형의 주파수별 피크치를 검출하여, 상기 검출된 출력파형특성을 분석하여 전극의 이상을 판단하는 것이다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method is provided to allow for ease test and control of resolution by measuring frequency characteristics of the signal passing through the branch line or electrode, while reducing costs. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises a first step of applying test signals of frequencies to an end of a transmission line; a second step of detecting the size or phase for each frequency of the signal output from the other end of the transmission line; and a third step of judging the existence of the branch line by analyzing the size or phase characteristics detected in the previous step. The third step detects short-circuits and impedance mis-match of the branch line by analyzing the frequency characteristics curve of the signal output from the other end of the transmission line.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a method for producing self-assembled nanoparticle of sericine which can be effectively used in functional cosmetics and a drug delivery system. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing self-assembled nanoparticle of sericine comprises the steps of: reaction of sericine extracted from cocoons with 2-(O-methoxypolyethylene glycol)- 4,6-dichloro- S-triazine (actPEG1) or 2,4-bis (O-methoxypolyethylene glycol)-6 -chloro-S-triazine (actPEG2) in a base buffer solution; and dialysis of a resulting product, wherein the sericine is extracted from cocoons in hot water of 40 to 120 deg. C or treated by enzyme to have molecular weight of 1,000 to 20,000 dalton; the reaction is carried out at 4 to 40 deg. C for 3 to 36 hours in the presence of base buffer solution; and the base buffer solution is selected from the group consisting of a boron salt buffer solution, tris buffer solution, AMPSO buffer solution, CHES buffer solution, CAPSO buffer solution, AMP buffer solution, and CAPS buffer solution.

CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for assorting the quality of fruits comprises a feeding unit(100) for feeding fruits, a classifying unit(200) for outputting a signal corresponding to the light irradiated and reflected onto a fruit fed from the feeding unit, an assorting unit(300) for determining the grade of the fruit depending on quality by comparing the signal outputted from the classifying unit to reference data, and a dividing unit(400) for dividing the fruits depending on the determined grade. The classifying unit consists of light receiving and emitting units. Optical fiber is installed in the light receiving and emitting units. Upon downward irradiating a light to a fruit, the light is reflected onto the surface of the fruit and focused on the light receiving unit. The light receiving unit transmits the focused light to the assorting unit. The assorting unit converts the light into a spectrum signal.
