Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for measuring a mixing rate of polyethyleneterephthalate (PET) and polytrimethyleneterephthalate (PTT) fibers. The method comprises a qualitative analysis step of checking the existence of PET and PTT fibers in a fiber blend and a quantitative analysis step of measuring a mixing rate using a microscopic count method through the color difference between the PET and PTT fibers caused by double refraction in a cross polarization state of a polarized light microscope (PLM). Thus, the present invention can conveniently and precisely calculate the mixing rate of the PET and PTT fibers in the fiber blend in which various fibers are mixed.
Abstract:
An apparatus for measuring moisture and heat amounts penetrating through fabrics is provided to measure moisture and heat penetration performance more accurately by realizing the same environment as a state putting on real clothes. An apparatus for measuring moisture and heat amounts penetrating through fabrics comprises an inner air chamber(20), an outer air chamber(30), a through-hole(40), an opening/closing unit, an installation unit and an electric power meter. The inner air chamber realizes environment of the inside of clothes. The outer air chamber is adjacent to the inner air chamber, and realizes environment of the outside of the clothes. The through-hole is formed on a sharing side wall(23) between the inner air chamber and the outer air chamber. The opening/closing unit is installed in the through-hole of the side wall. The installation unit installs fabric samples after opening the through-hole of the side wall. The electric power meter measures electric power amount consumed for operation of a humid sphere heater and a dry sphere heater of the inner air chamber.
