    Abstract: A treatment method of metal working fluid and cleansing solution and a treatment system are provided to minimize the contamination of a membrane. An ozone apparatus produces ozone for sterilizing bacilli. An ozone injection apparatus(11) includes an ozone tube for guiding flow of ozone produced from the ozone apparatus. A pre-processing filter(20) removes minute metal chips from the cleansing solution of a cleaning tub. A thin type of oil separator(30) removes oil by combining oil particles of 10-20 micrometers with the filtered cleansing solution and metal working fluid. A condensing container(40) stores the mixing solution of the cleansing solution and the emulsified metal working fluid. A membrane filter(50) is immersed into the condensed mixing solution and filters the metal working fluid and particles.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a polyamide6/carbon nanotube composite is provided to operate a mixing process for a short time by high shear processing without any treatment or addition to polyamide and carbon nanotubes. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a polyamide6/carbon nanotube composite comprises a step of mixing a polyamide6 composition, which comprises 0.01-1 weight% of carbon nanotubes by a shearing strength of 1,000-4,400 sec^(-1). The carbon nanotubes are a mixture of one or more selected from a group consisting of multi-walled carbon nanotubes, single-walled carbon nanotubes, and carbon nanotube fibers. The mixing time is 5-100 seconds and the mixing temperature is 220-280 deg. C.

The resin mixture consists of 60-95 weight% of a polymethyl methacrylate and 5-40 weight% of a polycarbonate. The lubricant is one or a mixture of two or more selected from a fatty acid metal soap-based lubricant, a fatty acid-based lubricant, and a fatty acid ester-based lubricant.
