Abstract: 본 발명은 지방세포 분화용 배지 조성물에 있어서, 인슐린(insulin), DHEA(dehydroepiandrosterone) 및 히스타민(histamine)을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지방세포 분화용 배지 조성물 및 상기 배지 조성물을 이용하여 지방전구세포(preadipocyte)를 지방세포(adipocyte)로 분화시키는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 지방세포 분화용 배지 조성물은 통상적으로 사용되는 지방세포 분화용 배지 조성물에 비해 분화된 지방세포의 분포가 고르고 분화된 지방세포가 안정적으로 고정될 수 있도록 하여 생존율을 극대화할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 또한 본 발명의 지방세포 분화용 배지 조성물에 사용되는 DHEA(dehydroepiandrosterone) 및 히스타민(histamine)은 종래 사용되던 덱사메타손(dexamethasone) 및 아이소부틸메틸젠틴(isobutylmethylxanthine)에 비하여 가격이 저렴하므로 경제적인 장점이 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A bible multimedia contents playing system using a portable communications terminal is provided to product various bible contents mounted on an external memory card of the portable communications terminal without using wireless internet by installing or downloading a VM application program. CONSTITUTION: A portable communications terminal(100) receives a VM application program to reproduce Christianity contents, and is connected to a network. The VM application program reproduces bible contents stored in an external memory card. Abstract: A sensor for measuring an acidity/sugar content has a simple composition compared with the composition of the conventional measuring device using a light source and a spectroscope in order to provide a very simple composition for a measuring device, enable miniaturization and weight lightening, enable portability of a device for measuring an acidity/sugar content for fruit, and enable ultimately dissemination and popularization of the device for measuring an acidity/sugar content for fruit by reducing significantly the manufacturing costs. Abstract: One purpose of the present invention is to provide a cooling gel mat with a structure for maximizing the efficiency of an absorbent polymer sealed in a mat with a certain size, and the other purpose of the present invention is to provide a cooling gel mat which is to maintain a cooling effect using low power in preparation for deterioration in not only the effect of an absorbent polymer, but also the cooling effect. A cooling gel mat according to the present invention comprises a plastic base (1-1), a film layer (1-5) coated with aluminum with high thermal conductivity, and a gel layer (1-7), wherein the film layer (1-5) positioned under the plastic base (1-1) is sealed after installed to directly touch the gel layer (1-7). In addition, because the cooling effect of the gel layer cannot be maintained solely, a control unit (1-3) automatically applies electricity to a thermoelectric element (1-2) after recognizing the rise of temperature above a reference value so that the temperature can be continuously dropped, wherein the temperature is detected by a temperature detecting part (1-4) installed in the gel layer. A power source used for dropping the temperature is a lithium battery or a super condenser (1-6) having high charge efficiency and applied to a USB or a charger capable of being used anywhere without a cord.
