Abstract: The present invention relates to a multi-actuating deburring system capable of an optimal control based on burr information. More specifically, when performing deburring by a steam ball, the deburring system is capable of generating the vibrations of a fixture, fixated with an object such as a valve body, toward both vertical and horizontal directions or performing an ultrasonic deburring work having optimally controlled frequency and ultrasonic wave application time. Thereby, the deburring efficiency can be enhanced, while reducing defect rate, and deburring and washing can be simultaneously performed by ultrasonic waves, thus enhancing the work efficiency. At the same time, before and after the deburring work, the formation of burrs on the object and the type of the object can be detected through an object display analysis to optimally control the operation of a deburring induction device capable of performing the deburring time and vibration frequency which is feasible for the detected object type and burr formation. Thereby, the production and deburring capability in accordance with the reduction in a work cycle can be promoted. The status information on system constituents can be detected and transmitted to a manager terminal by a plurality of sensors to enable a remote control over a real-time monitoring of the deburring system. By modularizing the system constituents and assembling the same, the maintenance can be easily and smoothly conducted.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A lamp enclosing globe manufactured by adhering glass fiber yarn for an interior lighting is provided to keep glass fragment from sputtering by the glass fiber yarn adhered to strong inorganic adhesive. CONSTITUTION: A lamp enclosing globe(1) comprises an outer glass surface(2) and an inner glass surface(2'). The inner glass surface(2') faces a lamp. Fiber glass yarn(4) and inorganic adhesive(3) are integrated with the inner glass surface(2') by baking at 570°C. The inorganic adhesive(3) is manufactured by mixing Ba 49%, insolubility 0.2%, Na2O 15%, SiO2 35% and Fe2O5 0.8%. Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for detecting micro steel balls is provided to eliminate noises included in a signal transmitted from a detection unit to a control unit because filter elements are installed in the control unit as well as in the detection unit. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for detecting micro steel balls comprises a conveyer unit(10), a magnetization unit(15), a detection unit(20), and a control unit(30). The conveyer unit transfers a transmission valve body(13) through a conveyer belt. The magnetization unit magnetizes micro steel balls included in the transmission valve body. The detection unit comprises an induction coil sensor(21), a differential amplifier, a first filter element which comprises a high pass filter and a low pass filter for eliminating noises from a signal amplified by the differential amplifier. The control unit comprises a second filter element for removing noises from a signal transmitted from the detection unit and a controller for determining the existence of micro steel balls based on a signal transmitted from the second filter element.
