Abstract: The present invention relates to a multi-actuating deburring system capable of an optimal control based on burr information. More specifically, when performing deburring by a steam ball, the deburring system is capable of generating the vibrations of a fixture, fixated with an object such as a valve body, toward both vertical and horizontal directions or performing an ultrasonic deburring work having optimally controlled frequency and ultrasonic wave application time. Thereby, the deburring efficiency can be enhanced, while reducing defect rate, and deburring and washing can be simultaneously performed by ultrasonic waves, thus enhancing the work efficiency. At the same time, before and after the deburring work, the formation of burrs on the object and the type of the object can be detected through an object display analysis to optimally control the operation of a deburring induction device capable of performing the deburring time and vibration frequency which is feasible for the detected object type and burr formation. Thereby, the production and deburring capability in accordance with the reduction in a work cycle can be promoted. The status information on system constituents can be detected and transmitted to a manager terminal by a plurality of sensors to enable a remote control over a real-time monitoring of the deburring system. By modularizing the system constituents and assembling the same, the maintenance can be easily and smoothly conducted.
