Abstract: PURPOSE: A billing system and a method thereof using a grid computing are provided to shorten a processing time by processing a processing process which generated charging information in a billing system in a plurality of agent groups by applying the grid computing techniques. CONSTITUTION: A DB server(120) stores the charging information with communication data. A grid server(130) divides the stored call data into a unit in which agents performs the work. The grid server generates a work order in which the agents work. A file server(140) stores the call data. Abstract: PURPOSE: A multi language web service apparatus and a method thereof are provided to supply a multi-language webpage without page loading by designating an individual language coded value to each sentence or figure when provide a webpage service in multiple languages. CONSTITUTION: A webpage source storage unit(230) stores source code information including a function code for setting a language. A multi-language conversion engine(240) changes the function code and uses a language table according to language information selected from at least two languages and generates second source code information for the generation of a webpage. A webpage generator(250) uses the second source code information to generate the webpage.
