Abstract: PURPOSE: A billing system and a method thereof using a grid computing are provided to shorten a processing time by processing a processing process which generated charging information in a billing system in a plurality of agent groups by applying the grid computing techniques. CONSTITUTION: A DB server(120) stores the charging information with communication data. A grid server(130) divides the stored call data into a unit in which agents performs the work. The grid server generates a work order in which the agents work. A file server(140) stores the call data. A agent group(160) comprises at least one agent which generates charging information based on the call data.
