    Abstract: Los compuestos son moduladores alostéricos positivos de receptores metabotropicos - subtipo 2 (ômGluR2ö) los cuales son utiles para el tratamiento o prevencion de desordenes neurologicos y psiquiátricos asociados a la disfuncion del glutamato y a las enfermedades en las cuales el subtipo mGluR2 de receptores metabotropicos está implicado. Particularmente, tales enfermedades son desordenes del sistema nervioso central seleccionados del cupo de ansiedad, esquizofrenia, jaqueca, depresion, y epilepsia. Composiciones farmacéuticas que los contienen y uso de tales compuestos para la prevencion y el tratamiento de tales enfermedades en las cuales el mGluR2 esté implicado. Reivindicacion 1: Un compuesto que tiene la Formula (1) y las formas estereoquímicamente isomeras del mismo, caracterizado porque R1 es C1-6 alquilo; o C1-3 alquilo sustituido con haluro trifluorometilo o trifluorometoxi; R2 es haluro, trifluorometilo, C1-3 alquilo o ciclopropilo; R3 es hidrogeno, fluoro, hidroxilo, hidroxi C1-3 alquilo, hidroxi C1-3 alquilooxi, fluoro C1-3 alquilo, fluoro C1-3 alquilooxi o ciano; y Ar es fenilo no sustituido; o fenilo sustituido con n radicales R4, donde n es 1,2 o 3; R4 es seleccionado del grupo que consiste de hidrogeno, haluros, C1-3 alquilo, hidroxi C1-3 alquilo, polihaluro C1-3 alquilo, ciano, hidroxilo, amino, carboxilo, C1-3 alquilooxiC1-3 alquilo, C1-3 alquilooxi, polihaluro C1-3 alquilooxi, C1-3 alquilocarbonilo, mono - y di (C1-3 alquilo) amino, y morfolinilo; o dos radicales vecinales R4 tomados juntos forman un radical bivalente de formula -N=CH-NH-(a), -CH=CH-NH-(b), o -O-CH2-CH2-NH-(c); o R3 y un radical R4 en posicion orto tomados juntos forman un radical bivalente de formula -CH2-O-(d), o -O-CH2-(e); o una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable o un solvato del mismo.
