Abstract:
Water delivery head for whirlpool bath-tubs and the like, comprising a manifold body (4) with a pressurized-water inlet orifice (5) communicating with a nozzle (7) through adjustment means for the water passage cross-section and a hollow body (8) which is integral with the nozzle and capable of being swiveled with respect to the manifold body. The latter further comprises two air intake orifices (6) communicating with the lead-in opening (9) of the nozzle so as to generate an air-water mixture being ejected from the same nozzle. The hollow body (8) has a semispherical surface that cooperates frontally in a sliding manner with an external annular rib (13) that is fixed to the manifold body (4). Said hollow body (8) is coupled on its rear side with a flexible discoidal wall (14) having a flared central passage (24) pivoting on a central pin (26) that is fixed at the rear to the manifold body (4) and is provided with an axial hole (28) through which the air intake orifice (6) communicates with the nozzle (7). The nozzle (7) can be swiveled conveniently, with no appreciable friction problem.
Abstract:
Swivel nozzle of an improved type, particularly for use in connection with saunas or similar equipment, comprising a body (1) which is provided with a cavity connected with the source supplying the working medium, and which houses an insert (5) provided with perforations (6) for the working medium to flow out. The insert (5) is mounted in the body (1) by means of an elastic element (8) that rests against a pin (4) which is provided integrally inside the body (1).
Abstract:
Hydromassage carpet, constituted by a substantially rectangular envelope (1) formed by two sheets (11-12) welded together the welding thereof comprising a peripheral toe (21) extended along the entire edge of the envelope and a second inner toe (22) so shaped as to define a first sealed duct (31) and a second duct (32) closed at its one end (321) and connected at its other end (322) to a pipe (4) for feeding compressed air. The two ducts (31-32) are obtained with a plurality of inner longitudinal toes (221) parallel to each other as well as to the side toes (211), thereof, adequately spaced therefrom and to each other as well as extended up to near the lower (212) and upper peripheral toes (213), adequately spaced therefrom, such longitudinal toes (221) being also alternately interconnected at their ends to additional lower (222) and upper toes (223) orthogonally thereto, so as to form a serpentine path. Holes (5) are provided at the upper part of said second duct (32), adapted to permit the compressed air to leave, thereby generating the hydromassage effect.
Abstract:
Hydromassage carpet formed by an envelope (10) obtained by means of two sheets of suitable soft and flexible material, which are joined together with a peripheral weld (20) and further welds effected on the inner part thereof, defining two distinct ducts, a first sealed duct (31) filled with a suitable fluid so as to form practically a mattress and a second duct (32), connected through a feeding pipe (4) to a compressed air generator and provided at its upper part with holes (5), the compressed air generating in the bath the desired hydromassage effect by leaving them. On the inner part of the peripheral weld (20) are effected several circumferential toes (311), at whose centre relevant central welds (312) extended for a sufficient surface being provided, thus obtaining a correspondent plurality of toroidal elements (T), whose lower part forms, when resting on the bottom (F) of the tub, a cavity (V) fully similar to that of a sucker and carrying out the same function thereof. The adjacent circumferential toes are interrupted for short portions (313-315) and the ends of the interruptions are directly connected together or by further suitable toes (316), so as to form together with the carpet portions inside thereto a sole duct (31) and thence a second duct (32) together with the portions outside thereof.
Abstract:
The water fitting comprises a hollow body (4) adapted to be mounted in an opening (9) of a tub by means of a ring nut (10) which is screwed on to said body so as to tighten the opposite edges of the opening between respective peripheral surfaces of the hollow body and the ring nut. A ring (15) is mounted on the body (4), so as to enclose the external edge of its peripheral surface (12), and has a front wall (16) that covers said surface (12) of the body (4), while situating itself between said surface and the tub. The body (4) is provided with a vent hole (18) and a second through-hole (19) extending outwards from said surface (12) of the body. Sealant material can be injected through said through-hole (19) into the hollow spaces between the body (4), the ring (15) and the wall (8) of the tub.
Abstract:
Bath-tub, in particular a whirlpool-type bath, comprising control and actuation elements, as well as water delivery elements, such as a means for actuating the plug provided to stop the water drain hole, a control means for mixing hot water with cold water so as to achieve a single flow of water at a desired temperature, an actuation means to divert said water flow towards the extractable nozzle of the hand-shower, a control means for starting and stopping the operation of the water circulating pump and the air blowing pump, a plug means for filling the disinfectant liquid into a respective reservoir and a switch means to operate a valve provided to let said disinfectant liquid into the water circulation circuit, as well as an extractable hand-shower and at least an outlet to deliver a cascade-type flow of water into the tub, wherein on the two upper edges of the opposing longitudinal sides of said tub there are installed in a central, mutually opposing position two respective large handles provided with an appropriately profiled portion, said control, actuation and water delivery elements being at least in part housed in said two large handles.
