SOLUTION: A fuel processing device (100) has a magnetic coupling (300) to transmit the rotational energy from a motor (500) to a fuel homogenizer (400), and the magnetic coupling (300) has magnetic members (336 and 338) which can be isolated from the contact with fuel. Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a thermosetting colored paint which is improved in a pot life independently of pigment by selecting and mixing respective base paints from plural colored base paints consisting of a hydroxy functional polymer and adding an uncolored blending clear, a prescribed tin catalyst for reaction, a polyfunction thiol and a hardner in a prescribed manner. CONSTITUTION: The two or more colored base paints consisting of the hydroxy functional polymer are selected from the master colors and mixed and the base paint of a final color is prepared. Then, the uncolored blending clear consisting of the hydroxy functional polymer is added thereto. The tin catalyst for the reaction between isocyanate groups and hydroxy groups, for example, tin methyl mercaptide and a polyfunctional thiol at least having three thiol groups is added to the blending clear. Further, the hardner consisting of a polyisocyanate crosslinking agent is added before or after the addition of the tin catalyst and the polyfunctional thiol. The thermosetting colored paints formed in such a manner are applied to automobile surfaces.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent particle contamination of chemical substance used in manufacturing an integrated circuit by receiving facility for molding a container, a filling region for filling chemical substance and transfer of the container to the filling region all in contamination-free environments to manage and integrate processes for manufacturing and handling the container. SOLUTION: In order to manufacture a clean container and keep a clean state throughout a packaging process, 1-gallon bottle manufacturing facility of a clean room is provided adjacent to a manufacturing clean room. Strict attention is paid to a resin material of a container to be used for packaging chemical substance and air to be used in a blow-molding process. Appropriate resin is high density polyethylene with a low level in leaching of residual metal catalyst and organic leaching substance. Air to be used for blow-molding to form the container is highly filtered to prevent a bottle from being contaminated. Static electricity attracting particles in an atmosphere is removed by installing a static eliminator on bottle manufacturing facility and providing gas ionizer on a tunnel for carrying from the manufacturing clean room to a filling clean room.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To augment the corrosion rate of a silicon nitride by a method wherein a composite semiconductor device is made to corrode in a heating water solution containing a silicon-containing composition easily soluble in a phospholic acid and a water corrosion solution. SOLUTION: The total number of particles is set at 100 particle/ml or less, and at the same time, the size of the particles is set at 0.5 μ or smaller to add the amount of about 16 to 500 ppm of an easily soluble silicon-containing composition, which is a hexafluorosilicic acid, to an electron-grade phospholic acid solution existing at ppm to ppb/l of a low level in metallic ions or an acid and a water corrosion solution at a temperature of 150 to 180 deg.C and a composite semiconductor device is corroded in a water solution. Accordingly, the corrosion rate and selectivity of a silicon nitride can be augmented by executing a corrosion operation in a heating corrosion bath containing a phospholic acid and a silicon-containing composition soluble easily in a corrosion bath.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a molding under a pressure smaller than a specified value by a method wherein a lightweight molding part is molded out of a molding composition including a thixotropic substance such as a fumed silica and an arbitrary filler. SOLUTION: In order to manufacture this molding part, an saturated thermosetting resin, a shrinkage controlling additive, a thixotropic substance such as a fumed silica, a free radical initiator, an alkaline earth oxide or hydroxide thickner and a monomer are mixed together, A sheet is formed at 85-170 deg.C under the pressure of 3.5 MPa or less so as to generate a resin and a glass uniform flow outside the edge part or a part. As the thixotropic substance useful for a composition to be used, a hydrophilic fumed silica, a hydrophobic fumed silica, polyamide fibers, a bentonite clay, polyolefin fibers, a carbon black, polyester fibers or a wollastonite is exemplified. The desirable thixotropic substance to be used in the process is the fumed silica.
