Abstract:
The fixing system for valves for cleaning industrial filters comprises a tank for the storage of a compressed gas provided with an outlet opening with an elongated conformation along at least a first axis, a fitting body developing along an axis of development, insertable into part of the tank through the outlet opening, connectable to a valve device for cleaning industrial filters, and provided with an insertion portion insertable through the outlet opening and defining an inlet port for the compressed gas, with an elongated conformation along a second axis substantially perpendicular to the axis of development, and a threaded portion defining an outlet port for the compressed gas and adapted to receive the valve device. The fitting body is positionable with respect to the tank between a free position, wherein the second axis is substantially parallel to the first axis and the fitting body is free to move through the outlet opening along a direction of sliding substantially parallel to the axis of development, and a constrained position, wherein the insertion portion is within the tank, the fitting body is rotated around the axis of development by a predefined angle of rotation and the second axis is transverse to the first axis and wherein the insertion portion operates in conjunction with the tank to prevent the fitting body from being pulled out of said tank. The fixing system further comprises a flange body which can be installed around the fitting body, with the latter in the constrained position, and provided with securing means adapted to prevent the fitting body from rotating around the axis of development.
