An energy storage system comprising at least one energy storage module adapted to supply electrical energy to a hybrid vehicle. The energy storage module comprises an enclosure, at least one battery array located within the enclosure, and an energy storage controller module located within the enclosure and electrically connected to the battery array. The energy storage controller module is further connected to a hybrid control module of the hybrid vehicle by a low voltage connecter. A high voltage junction box is attached to a first end of the enclosure and having a plurality of high voltage connection terminals. At least one of the high voltage connection terminals is configured to receive a high voltage conductor connected between the energy storage module and an inverter of the hybrid vehicle. When multiple energy storage modules are used in conjunction, one module functions as a master module and one module functions as a slave module.

A dry lubrication system for a conveyer is provided. The dry lubrication system includes a pump and at least one dispensing head. The pump is used to pump dry lube. The at least one dispensing head is coupled to receive dry lube from the pump. The at least one dispensing head is configured to deliver a flow of dry lube on a conveyer at a rate that is greater than 3 milliliters per second (mis) without the dispensing head touching the conveyer. In some embodiments the dispensing head is one of at least one duckbill valve and at least one of a micro tube.

An integrated cell culture system may include one or more cell culture vessels, manipulation apparatus, pumping apparatus, cell release apparatus, monitoring apparatus, and a control apparatus. The control apparatus may be used to monitor and control the system to facilitate effective cell culturing. The cell release apparatus may be used to release a plurality of cells adhered to the cell culture surfaces of the cell culture vessels.

The present invention relates generally to a multi-layer system for containing cells in culture, and a system for visualizing cells cultured in the multi-layered system. More specifically, the present invention relates to a multi-layer cell culture device having a specialized bottom plate and a microscope adaptor which can accommodate a microscope to allow microscopic visualization of cells cultured in the device.
