Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective cleaning method for cleaning a hard floor surface which is capable of restoring a virtually clean hard floor surface with non-slip properties effectively. SOLUTION: This cleaning method for a hard floor surface of a biscuit firing ceramic tile hardened by grout which has complex soils including fat and Ca salt of fatty acid includes the following sequential processes (a) to (c): (a) first of all, a first cleaner having alkaline pH contacts the hard floor surface where the complex soils exist, and a mechanical force is applied to the complex soils; (b) next, a second cleaner having acidic pH contacts the treated floor surface and adds mechanical soil removing operation; and (c) then, a third cleaner having neutral pH contacts the treated floor surface. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water soluble novel sulfoperoxycarboxylic acid compound useful as an antibacterial agent and a bleaching agent, having storage stability and low odor or no odor, and to provide a preparation method thereof.SOLUTION: A compound represented by the formula I: where Ris a Csubstituted alkyl group and Ris a Calkyl group, or salts thereof, esters or a mixture thereof are provided. A method of preparing the compound includes contacting a non-alpha sulfonated carboxylic acid with an oxidant under acidic pH conditions to produce sulfoperoxycarboxylic acid.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid detergent dispenser for use with a dishwashing machine.SOLUTION: The solid detergent dispenser for use with a dishwashing machine includes a chamber and a lid. The chamber is configured and arranged to receive a solid detergent having a particular composition. A water inlet receives water from a water source, and the water flows through a tunnel into the bottom of the chamber. The chamber is flooded with water from the bottom to ensure relatively constant erosion of the solid detergent, which ensures that a relatively constant concentration of the solid detergent is used in the dishwashing machine. A water outlet allows water to flow out of the chamber into the dishwashing machine. The water must flow into the chamber faster than it flows out of the chamber to ensure that the appropriate amount of dissolution of the solid detergent occurs. The only valve used in the preferred embodiment is a valve to control the amount of water flowing into the water inlet.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide water-soluble peroxycarboxylic acid compounds and compositions that have storage stability and low or no odor, and also possess antimicrobial and bleaching properties.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to novel sulfoperoxycarboxylic acid compounds, compositions, and methods for making and using the compounds. The sulfoperoxycarboxylic compounds have storage stability, water solubility, and low or no odor. Further, the compounds are extracted from non-petroleum-based renewable materials. The compounds can be used as antimicrobial and bleaching agents. The compounds are also suitable for use as coupling agents.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition and a method for cleaning organic beverage and food soils. SOLUTION: The composition is a low-foaming acid cleaner composition comprising a mineral acid, a hydrocarbon ether solvent or hydrocarbon alcohol solvent, a blocking agent, an ether amine agent, and various surfactants. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detergent composition capable of reasonably giving a stabilized solid product having an equal deterging power to a caustic detergent substantially without corroding a metal by forming a solid matter containing sodium carbonate, an alkali metal silicate salt composition, a sequestering agent, a surfactant packaging and other optional ingredients, and a process for the preparation thereof. SOLUTION: The objective composition comprises (a) about 10-80 wt.% of Na2CO3, (b) an alkali metal silicate salt having an M2O:SiO2 ratio of about 1:1 to 1:5 and (c) an effective amount of a sequestering agent for a hard water component comprising an organic phosphonate salt, and contains sodium carbonate anhydride and a binder containing sodium carbonate hydrate and an organic phosphonate salt and does not substantially contain a second alkali source. The product 10 reveals a solid block 11 when packaging 12 is removed, which is used in a solid state.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To help monitoring or reinforcing of observance in the case when an individual observance a sanitation rules by including a means for monitoring a usage situation and recording use data. SOLUTION: A dispenser 110 includes a means divide-giving a liquid article such as a sterilizer, a hand soap. Such a means includes a movable surface or a pressurizing plate compressing a soap serving tube 220 to quickly feed the hand soap to a user's hand. A counter is operationally connected to the dispensing means. A film pressure switch 230 to be started whenever the tube 220 is compressed is arranged behind the tube 220. This device includes a counter electrically connected to the pressure switch 230 and contact with a user is entirely counted and arrested by the counter. In addition, a numerical value display 150 capable of showing a data set generated by the device is included.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease time and labor for completing a cleaning process by a constitution wherein a dilution part is fitted on a container and the dilution part is provided with a dry part and a wet part and flow rate of a pump is made in a specified range and wt. of a system wherein water with an effective amt. is filled in the container is less than a specified value. SOLUTION: A dilution part 124 is fitted on a container 100 or above the container 100 and the dilution part 124 is provided with a dry part 103 and a wet part so as to separate them with a partition wall 123. The partition wall 123 cooperated with the wall of the container 100 forms a protective barrier between the wet part and the dry part 103 contg. an electric component. In addition, flow rate of a pump 107 used in such the dilution part 124 as this is set at approximately 2,000-3,000 mL/min and wt. of a system filled with an effective amt. of water in the container 100 is set less than 7 kg. It is possible thereby to decrease time and labor necessary for completing a cleaning process. COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
