Self-checkout vehicle systems and methods comprising a self-checkout vehicle having a camera(s), a weight sensor(s), and a processor configured to: (i) identify via computer vision a merchandise item selected by a shopper based on an identifier affixed to the selected item, and (ii) calculate a price of the merchandise item based on the identification and weight of the selected item. Computer vision systems and methods for identifying merchandise selected by a shopper comprising a processor configured to: (i) identify an identifier affixed to the selected merchandise and an item category of the selected merchandise, and (ii) compare the identifier and item category identified in each respective image to determine the most likely identification of the merchandise.
Abstract:
Disclosed is an HDAC related gene and gene product. In particular, the invention relates to a protein that is highly homologous to known HDACs and referred to herein as HDAC10, nucleic acid molecules that encode such a protein, antibodies that recognize the protein, and methods for diagnosing conditions related to abnormal HDAC10 activity or gene expression.
Abstract:
A molybdenum carbide compound is formed by reacting a molybdate with a mixture of hydrogen and carbon monoxide. By heating the molybdate powder from a temperature below 300 DEG C, to maximum temperature 850 DEG C, a controlled reaction can be conducted wherein molybdenum carbide is formed. A high surface area, nanograin, metastable molybdenum carbide can be formed when the reaction temperature is below 750 DEG C. The metastable molybdenum carbide is particularly suitable for use as a catalyst for the methane dry reforming reaction and the water gas shift reaction.

Abstract:
Disclosed are a cadmium removing process in zinc-containing solution purification with better cadmium removing effect and a purification method of zinc-containing solution with desired purification effect. The cadmium removing process in zinc-containing solution purification in the present invention includes following steps: 1) removing colloid from neutral leachate or supernatant of the neutral leachate after precipitation to obtain zinc-containing solution with colloid content less than or equal 50 mg/L; 2) performing zinc powder substitution in zinc-containing solution to at least replace cadmium; 3) carrying out solid-liquid separation to filter the zinc-containing solution containing impurity of cadmium, wherein filtering time is controlled within 60 minutes and filter precision is controlled within 10μm. In the present invention, the process of removing colloid from neutral leachate or supernatant first and then performing zinc powder substitution and filtration for solid-liquid separation is provided creatively and the selection and collocation of the key parameters such as colloid content in the zinc-containing solution after removing colloid and the filtering time and filter precision when filtering for solid-liquid separation is also provided to determine the final cadmium removing process.
Abstract:
An active fuse includes an active fuse geometry (120) that is used to form both a variable resistor (106) and a select transistor (110). In one embodiment, the active fuse geometry is formed in a portion of an active region (160) of a semiconductor substrate (140), and a select gate (124) is disposed over an end portion (123) of the active fuse geometry to form an integral select transistor (110) for use in programming the active fuse. The use of a shared active fuse geometry within the active region allows for reduced area requirements and improved sensing margins.
Abstract:
A wrap device covers the chest, belly, or both—partially or entirely or wrapping around to promote crawling, and/or keep body warm. This wrap device has fabric with straps to tie or fasten with a fastening device on the back or side of the torso to hold the wrap on the torso. Fabric is of different thicknesses to provide room and angle for hands/legs to move or push more easily to promote crawling, provide cushion, and/or keep the body warm. Nonremovable or removable pad/pads can be attached to the fabric to further adjust the height of the torso from the ground. Pad/pads can also be of different thicknesses and multiple layers of padding can be added. This wrap device does not just promote baby crawling, but it can also be used for baby, child, or adult to help keep torso/body warm, provide cushion, and help prevent getting sick.
