The invention is aimed to provide an air-conditioning apparatus for a vehicle which establishes a joining point of refrigerant discharged from the front and back seat side evaporators at the suction side to allow lubricant oil to smoothly flow into the compressor without collection within the refrigerant pipes connected to the back seat side evaporators thereby, preventing a degradation in endurance of the compressor.

Provided is an air conditioner for a vehicle, including a blower unit that blows air, an air conditioning case including an evaporator and a heater core, which are sequentially disposed in an airflow path, and an air inlet path that allows air to flow to an evaporator from the blower unit, wherein the airflow path includes a first path that allows air entered from the air inlet path to flow to a lower part of the evaporator and second and third paths that allow the air to flow to the lower part of the evaporator after passing through both sides of the evaporator. The air conditioner increases an amount of airflow and reduces airflowresistance since airflow paths are formed on both sides of the evaporator in addition to a direction perpendicular to the separator. Consequently, the airflow entering a lower part of the evaporator can be uniformly distributed.

The present invention relates to a compressor, which includes a main refrigerant supply channel for supplying refrigerant by passing through the inside of a driving shaft and an auxiliary refrigerant supply channel for supplying refrigerant by passing through a suction chamber of front and rear housings and a slot of the driving shaft after passing through cylinder blocks in order to supply the refrigerant inhaled into a swash plate chamber to cylinder bores, thereby enhancing performance and lubricating ability of a driving shaft seal area since the refrigerant of the swash plate chamber can be used effectively.

Provided are an apparatus and method for easily mounting a lower show and an upper shoe on a piston of a swash plate type compressor, thereby improving work efficiency. The apparatus includes a piston feeder 30 supporting and feeding at least one piston 10; a guide rail 20 which is inserted in a swash plate insertion space 15 of the piston, includes a first receiving space 21 and a second receiving space 22, and has the same thickness as a peripheral portion of a swash plate 2; a first insertion unit 110 or 310 which includes at least one lower shoe drop-hole 130 or 330 and at least one first mounting unit that mounts a lower shoe 11 on a lower shoe mount portion 13 through the lower shoe drop-hole, and inserts the lower shoe drop-hole 130 or 330 into the first receiving space 21; and a second insertion unit 210 or 410 which includes at least one upper shoe receiving portion 230 or 430 and at least one second mounting unit that mounts an upper shoe 12 received in the upper shoe receiving portion on an upper shoe mount portion 14, and inserts the upper shoe receiving portion 230 or 430 into the second receiving space.

The present invention relates to a seat air conditioner for vehicles, in which some of air supplied to the rear seat through a console duct is branched and supplied to the seat for conducting seat air-conditioning, thereby minimizing a space and reducing the number of components necessary for heating and cooling the seat by utilizing the console duct, reducing manufacturing expenses since its entire structure is simple, preventing noise since there is no need to additionally mount an air blower on the seat, allowing a right and left independent control, allowing independent heating and cooling of the seat since a thermoelectric module is mounted at a branched position, and improving a seat heating and cooling performance.

The present invention relates to an assembling structure of a temperature-adjusting door in an air-conditioner for vehicles, in which setting pins are formed on a gear shaft and support members having pin holes are formed on a sliding door in such a way that the gear shaft and the sliding door are temporarily assembled with each other and the temporarily assembled gear shaft and the sliding door are separated from each other when the temporarily assembled gear shaft and sliding door are mounted to an air-conditioning case, thereby preventing misassembly of the temperature-adjusting door, improving assemblability, and reducing the size of the air-conditioning case.

The present invention relates to a solar cell system for vehicles and a control method thereof. Even when a change of electric power generated from a solar cell is high, the variable voltage devices and the constant voltage devices selectively distribute the electric power according to the electric power without changing voltage. Accordingly, energy efficiency can be improved, the number of components can be reduced without using a voltage converter, and energy conversion loss can be decreased. Further, electric power generated from the solar cell is used for ventilation, air purification, cool and warmth, and convenience devices of a vehicle. Thus, a driver can be provided with a controlled environment when riding on the vehicle. Accordingly, the present invention can meet a driver's requirements for the utilization of convenience devices and can provide a comfortable interior environment.
