Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock system capable of not allowing a lock device which is unwanted to be unlocked to be locked in the case of operation by a remote control while simultaneously unlocking each double sliding door.SOLUTION: A body 12 of a lock device 11 is mounted to one glass door 3 of each double sliding door 1. Each body 12 includes: a crescent 13 engaging with a receiving metal fitting of the other glass door 4; unlocking means for disengaging the crescent 13 from the receiving metal fitting; an antenna part 37 for receiving a first radio signal from a remote control 35 and a second radio signal from an unlocking operation part 46; a lead switch 43 for turning ON when a permanent magnet 52 provided in the remote control 35 approaches close to it; and a lock control part 38 for actuating the unlocking means. The lock control part 38 actuates the unlocking means when receiving the second radio signal, and actuates the unlocking means when receiving the first radio signal in an ON-state of the lead switch 43.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock system which quickly unlocks a double sliding door when a fire or the like occurs.SOLUTION: A body 12 of each lock device 11 mounted to one glass door 3 of each double sliding door 1 of a building includes: a crescent 13 which is locked to a bracket mounted to the other glass door 4; unlocking means which rotates the crescent 13 to detach it from the bracket; an antenna part 37 which receives a radio signal; an operation part 36 which outputs a rotation instruction signal instructing the rotation of the crescent 13 in response to approaching of a magnet 50; and a lock control part 38 for rotating the crescent 13 by the unlocking means. One or more emergency sensors 47 and a central control device 46 sending a radio signal when the emergency sensor 47 detects a state of emergency are arranged in the building. The lock control part 38 actuates the unlocking means when the radio signal is received or when the rotation instruction signal is input.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window opening/closing operation device capable of preventing a handle and a take-up drum, etc. from being damaged by excessive force, even if the handle is rotated in a state in which the excessive force is applied to the take-up drum.SOLUTION: A window opening/closing operation device includes: a take-up drum 11 for taking up a wire rope 8 connected to a rotary window 2; a handle 14 for performing a rotating operation of the take-up drum 11; and a torque limiter 12. The torque limiter 12 includes: a connecting part 12b fitted in an idling manner into an engaging hole 24 of a rotary shaft part 19 of the handle 14; a radial hole 25 radially extending from the engaging hole 24; a ball 26 arranged on the engaging hole 24 side in the radial hole 25; a set screw 27 with hexagon socket screwed into a female screw 23 of the radial hole 25; and a coil spring 28 arranged between the ball 26 and the set screw 27 with the hexagon socket. A recess 29 to be engaged with the ball 26 is formed on an outer peripheral surface 30 of the connecting part 12b.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a natural ventilation system capable of being downsized while enabling impact relaxation in full opening of a panel.SOLUTION: The natural ventilation system includes the panel 3 which is disposed in a vent hole 1 for communicating the inside and outside of a building with each other, and a driving mechanism 5 for swinging the panel 3. The panel 3 swings in the inward/outward direction of the building so as to open/close the vent hole 1. The driving mechanism 5 includes a driving means which includes a motor 10 for outputting a driving force and the like, and a shaft 14 for transferring the driving force of the motor 10 to the panel 3. A first damper 21A for braking the rotation of the shaft 14 is connected to the shaft 14 via a connecting means 20. The connecting means 20 connects the first damper 21A to the shaft 14 when the panel 3 is brought into a predetermined closing attitude in a process of fully closing the vent hole 1.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a closed window lock device, capable of preventing a heavy load from being placed on a wire even if a sudden impact such as gust, blast or against wind accidentally occurs and directly hits a window when it is fully closed. SOLUTION: In the closed window lock device, sliding door pulleys 8 with rollers are provided on both sides of an opening-side rail outer circumferential surface of a sliding door 2, oscillating locking hooks 11 each including an inclined part 9 having a tensile spring 10 are provided on both the outside thereof with respective hook parts being outside, a rotatable frame pulley unit 12 is provided on each of frame-side positions facing the respective oscillating locking hooks 11, and a wire 4 is laid between the respective pulleys in such a manner that it can be taken up. When the window is fully closed, the locking hooks are engaged with lock shafts of the frame pulley units 12, respectively, and when the window is opened, the lock can be easily released by a push button to open the window. SOLUTION: This pushing device for the sliding door comprises a lever member installed in a rotatable manner about an axis of rotation at a center of a plane on the top face of the sliding door; a biasing means for positioning the lever member to its turning direction so as to locate an acting point of force of the lever member to a first top frame side; a direction averting member installed to the first top frame side which acts to the acting point of force immediately before the sliding door is closed and pushes the door backward by giving a force against an exerting force by the exerting means as the sliding door is being closed; and a pushing member installed to a second top frame side and being subjected to a force at its acting point when the lever member is pushed backward with a length of a first arm extended perpendicularly in a direction of a force acting to the acting point of force of the lever member, which is longer than the length of the second arm extended perpendicularly to the direction of a force acting to its acting point from the axis of rotation. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a normally closed smoke-insulating fire door device with a speed regulating function, having four hanging wheels on one side. SOLUTION: The fire door of a simple structure comprises a guide rail of a substantially C-shape in cross section disposed to tilt and the four hanging wheels disposed on one side to hang the fire door to automatically close. The fire door further comprises an automatic-closing speed regulating device. When an opening part is automatically closed, the fire door is pressed against an opening part side by a pressing means upon complete close of the door so that the smoke may also be prevented from flowing out by providing a smoke insulation member on a periphery of the opening part side in advance. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in a conventional overall cover for covering the whole upper part of a sliding door that a top groove part is always opened in the opening of the sliding door in a top groove space for passing the sliding door to provide a shielding device capable of blocking the top groove part even when moving the sliding door. SOLUTION: In this shielding device for top groove part, U-shaped brackets 4a and 4b longer than the top groove part 10 provided along the longitudinal direction on both lateral sides of the top groove part 10 in the overall cover 9 for covering the whole upper part of the suspended sliding door 1 slidably suspended on a rail 7 by a hanger roller 8, and an elastic sheet rubber 5 is stuck and fixed on the brackets 4a and 4b as it is stretched to constitute a cover body 2.
