Abstract: An identification scheme which allows a prover to identify his own identity to a verifier more certainly and prevents already used authentication information from being re-used, a key exchange which uses a common secret key between two users in order not to allow an unauthorized to find it out, a digital signature scheme giving message recovery and digital signature scheme with appendix for producing a digital signature of a message recovery type or appendix type according to the size of a message to be signed, a multi-digital signature scheme for allowing multiple signers to generate digital signatures with respect to the same message and producing them in a message recovery type or appendix type according to the length of the message to be signed, and a blind digital signature scheme for producing a digital signature when a message to be signed should not be opened to the public as well as the signer and therefore a signer does not know the contents thereof.

Abstract: Disclosed is a fabrication of a hetero-junction bipolar transistor in which a base parasitic capacitance is fully reduced by using a metallic silicide as a base, comprising the steps of injecting an impurity in a silicon substrate to form a conductive buried collector region; growing a collector epitaxial layer on the buried collector region and forming a field oxide layer; selectively injecting an impurity into the collector epitaxial layer to form a collector sinker; sequentially forming a base layer and an first oxide layer thereon; patterning the first oxide layer to define an extrinsic base region; ion-implanting an impurity in the extrinsic base region using a patterned oxide layer as a mask and removing the patterned oxide layer; depositing a metallic silicide film thereon to form a base electrode thin film; forming a capping oxide layer of about 500 ANGSTROM thickness only on the base electrode thin film; forming an isolating oxide layer thereon and sequentially and selectively removing the isolating oxide layer, the capping oxide layer, the base electrode thin film and the base layer using a patterned photomask to form a pattern, the isolating oxide layer being provided to electrically isolate base and emitter; forming a side wall oxide layer at both side edges of the pattern; removing a portion of the isolating oxide layer to define an emitter region; forming a passivation layer thereon and selectively removing the passivation layer to form contact holes; and depositing a polysilicon layer doped with impurity ions in the contact holes to form electrodes.

Abstract: An internal routing method in an internal network for improving signaling message processing capability by balancing the workload among message handling processors (MHP) in common channel signaling system used in electronic exchanges. An internal routing algorithm is provided in the internal network to balance the workload among MHP's based on the characteristics of a circuit identification code (CIC). An identifying trunk circuit is uniformly distributed, and a load unbalancing factor is formulated approximately as a function of the number of failed MHP's as a worst case. With this approach, all MHP's are loaded almost equally regardless of the number of failed MHP's.

The money service apparatus for an IMT-2000 network includes a money service apparatus wherein the identification numbers of a terminal connected with the IMT-2000 network and a card are recognized and are provided to the subscriber, wherein a money exchange information service is provided; wherein the current location of the subscriber is searched when the subscriber requests the information on the amount of money that is converted to the local country's currency where he is located, applying the money exchange rate to his own country's currency, and then the information is provided to the termina; wherein in the case that the subscriber sets an called subscriber and requests a cash transfer to the called subscriber side, the money exchange information is searched through the money exchange information service, and the cash is provided to the called subscriber, and wherein in the case that the subscriber sets a bank account and requests a cash transfer to the bank, the money exchange rate information is searched through the money exchange information service, and the money transfer is performed to the bank.
