Abstract:
Process for continuous decoration with an inked plastic film enclosing a wooden chipboard panel and calling for the following steps: - perform wrapping on the two faces continuously with inked film, - apply pressure to the film wrapping the panel in a sealed manner so as to have contact between the surface of the part and the decoration film, - heat to the sublimation temperature and perform sublimation, - automatically detach the exhausted film from the panel, - cool and unload the decorated part devoid of film, and - unload the decorated panel devoid of film.
Abstract:
A powder painting cabin (10) of the type which comprises: a mantle (11) closed above by a roof (12) and below by a base (13), in said mantle (11) there being a passage (14) through which the pieces to be painted (15) pass and passages (19) for retractable powder supplier elements (18), and an air suction duct (30) of the cabin (10). Inside said mantle (11) there is a movable septum (22) between a lowered position close to said base (13) and a raised position close to said roof (12), said two lowered and raised positions defining, with the mantle (11), roof (12) and bottom (13), peripheral passages (26) for the air sucked through the duct (30).
Abstract:
A method for decorating objects such as metal section bars provides in sequence the following steps: - loading the objects (11) on a conveyor (14) in a loading station (12); - conveying the objects (11) to a decorating station (18); - applying, with a plotter device (19) provided with controlled-jet heads, on one side of the object (11) facing towards the plotter and previously painted with base powders, a decoration using liquid paints or inks; - performing a first fixing of the decoration by drying said paints or inks; - conveying the decorated objects (11) to a polymerization station (23); - performing a final hot polymerization of the decoration, thereby obtaining finished objects (11) with a stable bound between the base powders and the paints or inks used for decoration; - conveying the finished objects (11) to an unloading station (25); - unloading the objects (11) from the conveyor (14).
Abstract:
Continuous decoration process with a film of inked plastic material enclosing a structural shape and consisting of the following steps: perform continuous wrapping of the structural shape with inked film(4, 5), place under pressure the film wrapping the structural shape(7), keep the film under pressure, heat the structural shape wrapped in the film to the sublimation temperature and perform the sublimation(9, 10), automatically detach the exhausted film from the structural shape(11), cool the structural shape(12), and unload and accumulate the decorated structural shape devoid of film(13, 14).
Abstract:
A procedure for decoration by sublimation of various objects and in particular of rusticated metal sheet comprises the steps of heating the object to a first temperature lower than that of sublimation of the sublimable inks used, positioning on the object surface to be decorated a sheet with the sublimable inks, creating a vacuum between the sheet and the object to cause adherence of the sheet to the surface of the object, and then completion of heating to reach the sublimation temperature of the inks and transfer of the decoration to the surface of the object. In particular, the sheet is thermoformable at the first temperature to adapt itself better to the object before reaching the sublimation temperature. There is also described equipment (10, 110) with a work zone (14, 114) surrounded by a frame (16, 116) bearing the sheet for covering the object and surmounted by heating lamps (20, 120).
Abstract:
A system for electrostatic painting of metallic manufactured articles comprises a conveyor system for a plurality of hangers (18) designed to carry the metallic manufactured articles (19) and a painting device (16) for the manufactured articles (19) and an oven (15) traversed by said conveyor system. The conveyor system comprises a first conveyor (11) for accumulation outside of the oven (15) for loading of the hangers (18), a second conveyor (13) for accumulation outside of the oven (15) for unloading of the hangers (18), a third conveyor (12) for accumulation inside the oven (15), and a fourth conveyor (14) connecting the first three conveyors (11, 12, 13) for transfer of the hangers (18) among them. A method for electrostatic painting of metallic manufactured articles making use of the above mentioned system.
