processo para fabricação de creme alimentício e produto obtido. trata de um processo de fabricação e ao próprio produto deste processamento, obtendo-se um produto 100% natural sem a adição de gomas, sem conservantes, sem estabilizantes, sem leite, sem lactose, sem glúten, sem proteína animal, sem alimento reconstituído, sem açúcar, sem adoçante ou químicos, e que proporciona o aumento das propriedades organolépticas dos alimentos. a base do produto é compreendida por um mix de sementes, óleo vegetal e uma ou mais oleaginosa combinado com banana congelada. a essa base adiciona-se a tâmaras e frutas que determinam o sabor e doçura ao produto. após processamento industrial da calda, forma uma espécie de creme de frutas com sementes e oleaginosas 100% natural que apresenta a cremosidade similar a de sorvete e aos cremes de fruta presentes no mercado, com o diferencial de conter sementes e nenhum tipo de goma, estabilizante, emulsificante, corante e conservante.
