The present invention relates to an external battery structure for a wireless self-moving robot cleaner including: a battery-mounting part disposed at one portion surface of a cleaner body in such a manner as to be opened to the outside, for detachably mounting a battery therein; and a case adapted to cover an exposed portion of the cleaner body at a state where the battery is mounted in the battery-mounting part, for constituting the outer surface of the cleaner body, the case having an outer cover having one or more surfaces continuously formed in the color, surface, and line shape thereof to the cleaner body.

The present invention relates to a charging station having a passive movement for power supply to a wired and wireless self-moving robot cleaner including: a docking structure adapted to be fittably coupled with a cleaner body having a wireless self-moving cleaning function and an automatic charging function; a docking-induction system adapted to induce the cleaner body, for connecting charging contacts of the cleaner body with charging contacts of the charging station; wheels adapted to move together with the cleaner body as the cleaner body moves at a state where the charging station is docked with the cleaner body; and a cable adapted to connect a fixed station outputting DC power to be used in the robot cleaner to the charging station.
Abstract:
A charging station for a wire and wireless robot vacuum cleaner is provided to utilize the robot cleaner by wire within the range of a cable as charging the robot cleaner and to utilize the robot cleaner out of the range of the cable. A charging station(100) for a wire and wireless robot vacuum cleaner has a docking structure(140), a guide system(150), and wheels(250). The docking structure is fit to a cleaner main body(200) with a wireless self cleaning function and an automatic charging function. The guide system is connected with a charging contact(220) by guiding the cleaner body. The wheel allows the charging station to move along the cleaner body docking with the charging station. The charging station is connected with a stationary station(300) outputting DC power for the robot cleaner by a cable(160).
