    Abstract: Antigenic materials are combined with MHC (Major Histocompatibility Complex) antigens through the use of the MHC antigen in the form of a complex with a protein, with which it occurs naturally, for example a HLA-B uM (Human Lymphocyte Antigen -B u Microglobulin) or analogous non-human complex, the antigenic material being attached to the protein of the complex through antibody to that protein. The immunogenicity of the antigenic material used in the combination is increased and the combination is useful in human or veterinary immunological preparations. Also disclosed are a combination of an antigenic material with antibody against a protein with which an MHC antigen is normally present in nature and a method for the purification of such a combination.
