PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of programming a memory device of a one-time programmable type and an integrated circuit incorporating the memory device. SOLUTION: The integrated circuit includes a memory device DM of an irreversibly electrically programmable type provided with at least a memory cell CEL having a dielectric zone C disposed between a first electrode EC1 and a second electrode EC2 electrically coupled to an access circuit including at least one access transistor TR. The memory device further includes an auxiliary transistor (TRX) electrically coupled between the first electrode and a first power supply terminal, wherein an auxiliary control electrode of the auxiliary transistor is controlled in such a way as to be enabled when the access transistor is enabled, and the auxiliary transistor is arranged in such a way as to exhibit a lower saturation current than the saturation current of the access circuit. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an enclosing method for a compact battery, which is sufficient as a barrier effect and adopts an enforced technique widely learnt in the world and dispenses with an additional stage for piling a material specific to sealing. SOLUTION: A lithium electrochemical device comprises: a stack suitable for forming a compact battery 1 enclosed by using a protection cap piled on a substrate 3 and sealed on the substrate 3; two current collectors 4, 5 for current generated from the compact battery; and at least an insulating layer 6 being inactive about lithium. The corrector and the insulating layer are piled up on the substrate. The protection cap is sealed on the substrate 3 by using a layer forming the current collectors 4, 5 and the insulating layer 6, and the cap stores a layer with the same nature arranged in the same order by coinciding with the related layers piled on the substrate. When the cap is sealed on the substrate, respective layers piled on the cap and the substrate keep in contact with each other, and actual sealing of the cap on the substrate is provided. SOLUTION: The closed magnetic core (1) is designed for use for an integrated micro-inductor. The magnetic core has the form of spiral preferably substantially rectangular spiral. The spiral comprises two ends (2) joined to one another with a closing segment (3). The magnetic core (1) can be formed with a plurality of branches (4, 5) and at least two branches can be arranged in different parallel planes. The invention relates to a highly-magnetic and insulating soft magnetic thin film obtained by this method.
