Abstract:
A method for routing a communication connection request includes the steps of obtaining context information from a communication connection requestor (320) in response to a communication connection request (310). The steps further include using the context information to determine a communication connection action (335), and connecting the communication connection requestor based upon the connection action (340).

Abstract:
A method, system and computer-readable medium for defeating clickbots are presented. In a preferred embodiment, the method includes, but is not limited to, the steps of: detecting a click on a Pay Per Click (PPC) link on a first webpage; in response to detecting the click on the PPC link, presenting a confirmation webpage, wherein the confirmation webpage comprises a confirmation button that is positioned at a random position on the confirmation webpage; and in response to detecting a click of the confirmation button, directing a user to a second webpage that is associated with the PPC link.
Abstract:
One or more RFID tags may be read. An electronic document associated with the RFID tag may be identified. One or more attributes associated with the electronic document can be identified. One or more workflows can be determined according to the attribute(s).
Abstract:
Embedding data obtained from a caller in SIP signalling messages and passing this data on during' a call transfer. The present invention is directed to a method for propagating contextual data (state) in an audio communication by storing the contextual data (state) obtained from a calling party (User 12) in an extensible mark-up language formatted text document. A telephone call between a first party (User 12) and a second party (Call Center 80) is converted to a session initiation protocol based voice over internet protocol communication, and the stored text document is attached to session initiation protocol messages REFER and INVITE, that control the voice over internet protocol communication. The document is attached to the signaling messages REFER and INVITE by embedding the text document in a session description payload associated with the session initiation protocol message. The attached document is propagated with the audio communication, including when the signaling messages are used to transfer the audio communication from the second party (Call Center 80) to a third party (Call Center 84) or to add one or more addition parties to the audio commun ication.
Abstract:
A computer implemented method, system and computer program product for delivering published messages to at least one subscriber in a publish-subscribe messaging system. A computer implemented method for delivering published messages to a subscriber includes receiving a plurality of message streams, and analyzing at least one message from each of the plurality of message streams in accordance with criteria established by the subscriber specifying a message content and a message content quality. At least one message that satisfies the criteria is delivered to the subscriber.
