Abstract:
A magnetic holder comprises a flexible magnetic panel 3 with a weather-proof cover panel 1 held on the forearm of the user by elastic straps 8 that are detachably fastened together by Velcro (RTM) 6, 7. Nails, screws, nuts, bolts needles etc are held by the holder allowing the user to have free hands. The magnetic panel is mounted on a flexible backing material 5 such as leather, fabric or neoprene, a comfort pad 9 may be attached to the underside of the backing material for additional comfort. Preferably tapered bolsters 10 running the length of the holder eg elbow to wrist are positioned between the comfort pad and backing material on either side of the holder with the bolsters at their widest at the wrist. The bolsters allow the magnetic panel to lie flat and hold larger and heavier objects. Preferably the magnetic panel has a canvas cover that is detachably attached on three sides of the panel, that protects the objects held on the panel from moisture or being accidentally knocked off whilst in or out of use.

The present invention relates to compounds of formula (I) wherein Q, Z, R 1 , R 2 , and R 3 are as described in claim 1 useful as inhibitors of protein kinases, particularly of JAK family and ROCK family kinases. The invention also provides pharmaceutically acceptable compositions comprising said compounds and methods of using the compositions in the treatment of various disease, conditions, or disorders.

This invention relates to compounds which selectively bind to the survival protein MCL-1 with high affinity and selectivity, pharmaceutical compositions containing such compounds and the use of those compounds or compositions for modulating MCL-1 activity and for treating hyperproliferative disorders, angiogenesis disorders, cell cycle regulation disorders, autophagy regulation disorders, inflammatory disorders, and/or infectious disorders and/or for enhancing cellular engraftment and/or wound repair, as a sole agent or in combination with other active ingredients.
